Rated for art. Story is a mess that tries too hard to be deep. The rapist is given far too much sympathy and credit imho. So, the motivation for victim's love is that he's grateful for being alive, as though being held captive, starved and routinely sodomized is better than the alternative. What. Also, the dead brother situation? Metaphorically breaking the chain that binds him because he's earned the love of this victim with the same age/name as his brother makes no sense.
