So many stories, this book compiles two other books (and a handful of other related stories) so that you can read everything in one go. I discovered that many of those stories were actually connected to other ones, I was quite pleased. Also, many of the stories here seemed to be sort of like a dark take on famous fairy tales, I loved that.

The only princess of a small kingdom decides to run away with the stableboy just before her wedding to a prince from a powerful kingdom (who is known for not being interested in anything but his sister and the military). King and the two older princes panic and end up forcing the youngest prince to pass off as his sister and marry the prince. Not long after the wedding, the young princess-prince gets discovered by the royal apothecary (who happens to be the crown prince's lover), and not much after that his very own husband discovers his secret too. Instead of doing all the things that princess-prince was afraid of, his husband just decides to play along with the ruse. Lots of "political" plotting and drama, it's pretty interesting how weak allegiances are, and how some others seem to be stronger even when no one seems to be aware of them. Story about two friends who had always been together and suddenly are forced to separate, how they learn to deal with the distance and what they learned about themselves because of it.

Girl is forced to spend her high school years in a place where she doesn't belong. This is the story of how she made a place for herself there, and the difficult things she and her newfound companions have to go through to protect each other.

After a rough start, two online men become online friends. One of them, Akira, a student who had had his heart broken one too many times because he fell for straight guys; the other, Masaru, a serious and straightforward young office worker, not gay. Some time later, the office worker visits the college student and despite the communication issues, they seemed to get along well. Not much after that, Masaru "surprises" Akira by moving in with him, his reason being "I'm in love with you".

Man, what a roller-coaster... Story aside, there are repeated chapters and there's many that aren't even in order, there might even be some missing chapters too, if it wasn't for that I'd rate this 5* haha But talking about the story is another roller-coaster in itself. So many misunderstandings, if only they had talked things through clearly from the start, they would've saved themselves so much heartache... I'm happy that they finally got to come clean and we could see them both being the loving partners they both wished to be from the start.

This is the kind of story that makes your heart race and makes you feel all giddy inside. These two precious kids went through so much and had to mature in many ways his peers never had to, I'm super happy that they found each other and found happiness. I just wish I could read more of their story after this.
