Gosh, I have been waiting for this for so long. The MC is a sister of a psycho ogML. Actually, she is the only person he recognized. In the novel, as the saintess, she run away with the sickly prisoner and the lil bro thought she abandoned him for the sake of others and went berserk. The sis thought he was adult enough that he can handle himself but she's wrong. Anyway, it was quite fun.
