Don't Mess With the Puppy!
A story about abandonment, love and found family. This story doesn't place the seme and uke into certain stereotypes, creating a refreshing and entertaining dynamic. With 40+ chapters, the author manages to write great and imperfect characters. The plot is captivating all the way to the end, though there are some unanswered questions. Even so, this is absolutely lovely.
Exotic Love
A story of toxicity, doubt and complicated relationships that explore the consequences of one's own actions as well as of the outcome of such. It depicts the realisations of feelings, longing and yearning very well, but also a very unhealthy relationship where both parties never know what to expect of the other. It felt quite slow to read and the ending of the main story seemed rushed to me.
Missing Love
This is such a beautiful and heartbreaking story. This is some of the most traumatising and agonising stuff I have ever read. This story deals with so many uncomfortable topics--abuse, prostitution, power imbalance, codependency, obsession and revenge. It's beautifully written and handles everything respectfully and realistically. This is one of those stories you only read once, but never forget.
Love Plan
A story focused on childhood friends reuniting after years. This is another short story that works very well. The author manages to set the scene, provide relevant background information and have the characters' relationship develop and evolve into something beautiful. The story does end a little abruptly. I want so much more.
Cold-Blooded Beast
This story depicts yearning, reincarnation and true love perfectly. This is truly a hidden gem. The characters are well-written and the plot is amazingly constructed with so much depth and detail. This is one of those stories where you need to pay attention because otherwise you'll have trouble keeping up with the plot development. This is just wonderful. I can't say it enough.
Is The Strategy Finished?
Being stuck in a video game and having to find a way out. This story is rushed, and so many things happen in the span of 20+ chapters that some things feel unfinished. The main ML becomes a victim to the game's coding and end up acting on obsessive/possessive tendencies--something he can't control. The MC wants to find a way out of this game and, while that involves going on a date with someone else and doing other dumb shit, everyone makes it out in the end. I have mixed feelings about this.
