FL has 0 self esteem bc of asshole father and how she was treated at her home castle. ML, her husband treats her like gold but she can't believe in him due to her history. I did however get tired at times at her whimpering at helplessness, and her actions in general. "Stay in the carriage, it's been fortified with magic for your protection" she immediately goes outside the carriage. Angered tf out of me when she then just trembled there and was saying ahhh.. I should have stayed in the carriage.

This was beautiful. Loved the strong personalities of both and the struggles they both shared. If there's any negative, it would be the side story of the brother included who was so easily manipulated
