Uenoyama was once driven to learn guitar, but he lost his inspiration. He comes across Sato sitting in his favourite napping spot with a poorly maintained Gibson and flips out. The two boys open each other's eyes to music, Sato to possibilities he never imagined and Uenoyama to possibilities he had abandoned. An interesting story about rock musicians with gorgeous artwork and believable characters. -Musician/Band -Highschool & University Students -Pretty Deep -Kinda Relatable Edit: 09/02/23 1:47 PM Finally Finished this I've watched first the Anime then the Movie then proceeded to read this. - Whyyy does the ending make my heart hurt Im NOT satisfied at all!!! I wanted to see more of Ue and Mafu relationship progress and I thought for sure that the story will eventually revolve around that since this is a romance and they're both the MC but the story focuses more on Mafu healing and moving on from his past relationship and that's pretty much it. I guess Im disappointed because I thought this would focus more on UE & Mafu relationship progress. It sucks that we only get to see the side characters progress in their romantic relationship while we don't get to see much on the main couple

Finished: 10/28/18 4:13PM -I LITERALLY CRIED SO MUCH AT THE ENDING!!! I JUST CAN'T ACCEPT IT!!! LIKE NOOOOOOOOOO!!! WHY THE FUCKING HELLLL!?!?! I AM STILL IN DENIAL ON WHAT HAPPENED!!!!! BUT STILL I REALLY REALLY LOVE THIS SOOOOO MUCH!!! SUCH A MASTERPIECE!!! -I decided to read this after watching ep 16 cus I can't take it anymore. I really wanted to know what will happen that time. But before this, I stopped watching the anime after ep 9 because I decided to read GDC and I got so hooked up in reading it, that after I finally caught up to the recent chapters I ended up reading another novel. I only started watching the anime again after I saw on YT the candy bar scene. I don't regret reading the manga after I caught up with the anime and I dont know why. I was actually spoiled about the ending that's why I'm so scared of reading it. I accidentally saw the question about his death on Google after I search if the anime was following the plot on the manga. After that, I kept on denying it and start convincing myself that it was the part where they spread rumors that he is dead but I can't help but think about the tragedy tag and the comments section. -lol I'm back again. I really can't get over his death. I still can't accept it. Everytime I see Ash's face now I end up so sad and tear up. It still breaks my heart. It's funny how a manga character's death affect me this much. Everytime I recall his death, I can't help but feel so melancholic. He doesn't deserve to diee my goshh, I'm tearing up again. I really wanted him to at least have some sweet time with Eiji but he chose to die. Seriously whyyyy!! Arghhhhh. I wanna die too

Masahiro x Haruhi -Haruhi feels insecure because his twin brother is so much more friendly, outgoing and popular compared to him so he begins to spiral out of control, sleeping with strangers he meets at a bar. Another patron of a bar he frequents sees that he’s troubled and befriends him. They gradually move from friends to lovers in a very realistic, sweet evolution. -I can understand the feelings of the Uke so much that I've been crying in every chapter. I can relate to him. I'm glad he's happy and found himself now. -100/10!!!! -So Good!!!

Kaede x Sakura -Kaede is a virtual shut-in, someone who has focused exclusively on academic achievement to the detriment of all socialization. He's innocent, but gullible, blamed for mistakes he never made and unable to defend himself; sweetnatured, but blind; hardworking, but pathologically shy; self-responsible, but fearful, awkward and ever-so-lonely. All he wants is a little warmth when he accidentally "falls" into a gay host club and meets with an enigmatic and handsome young escort who willingly accepts his idealistic projections, but at the usual cost.
