Isso Koe ga Nakattara
The uke is cinnamon bun that we must protect. He is so precious and the seme is dry but you can tell that he loves the uke. This yaoi’s story line is unique too, consent it given. I’m glad I learned about the hardships people with a stutter undergo. It’s great to expand one’s knowledge and empathy.
Junketsu Drop
I don’t know, maybe I missed something. But, I didn’t enjoy it as much as others did. To me the plot was not that great, comedy was not there and I didn’t understand how the uke and seme ended up liking each other apart from making out. I feel that this story was so one sided from the uke putting up the entire time with the seme’s BS, but the uke never really got treated respectfully or kindly by the seme tbh. I mean, I have read a lot of yaoi but this one was just eeeehhhhh. I would not reread. No trigger warning per say, but there is forced kissing that turns consensual I guess.
Bakeneko Katatte Sourou
This was such a heartwarming read. The seme is actually a bakaneko and the uke is a regular human. They are mates, but the story line is so different, no forcing of any kind. Just two lonely people that get together and are in love at first sight. Amazing, so much love. I love how the seme calls the uke “little sparrow”.
Sono Kuchibiru wo Hirake
In this one there were multiple stories, I found the first one to be the best. The second one was about a tutor (seme) and his student (uke), in the beginning it was complicated but in the end it became really sweet and long lasting love. The third one was about a human-animal characteristics, it was alright. The white cat (seme) and the black cate (uke) were just in heat and it didn’t conclude with what relationship they ended with. Overall a good read for boredom.

Omg this one was so sweet but damn it was a heart shaker. Childhood friend love each other the entire time and one runs away to try to get rid of the feeling for the sake of the other. They meet again and the seme does anything he can to keep the uke. Plot twist is that the uke has a power that makes people listen to him so that is why he ran away so that he can let the seme be free and not use his powers.
Yuugure no Machi
This author definitely writes mature romances. Uke has nowhere to go he meets again with past classmate seme who allows him to live with them. Uke falls for seme, seme does the same. Small issues here and there but overall they are happy together because they love one another and can’t live without each other anymore.
Kakugo wo Kimete
This was a really fun read. Honestly it had comedy, drama, awesome plot and beautiful art to go with it. It was the complete package. This is a 5/5. Two stories too, wow. Just wow!
Hina wa Mitsuiro no Koi ni Torawareru
I enjoyed the storyline, while reading I did curse the damn seme for being such a piece of shit and making the uke fall in love for shits and giggles. However, the seme realizes his fuck up and suffers for it. Nearly dies from his own negligence to his health, we could have made his suffer more but fine at least he learned his lesson. They get together and are happy now, the uke’s happiness is what matters. We must protect the cinnamon roll. No matter what though, the uke does and will always deserve better. Overall though, I think this is one of my top mangas too :)
Oshi ni ha Zettai Hodasaernai
Maybe I have really low standards for seme behavior but I don’t think this seme was a dick or is mean. I think he was a bully in the beginning but he stopped being a bully once he got together with the uke. He was nice and caring. I enjoyed the read, the uke was adorable. I loved how the author drew his facial expression and emphasized the beauty of the uke’s eyes. Really enjoyable read.
