My Home Your Oneroom
Four eyes best guy. Rating this a 5* just for him
Magic Mail Chocolate
The first story really makes you beg for more, but at the same time, it ended at the perfect moment. Second story is meh; cliche and just... that. Third story is painful, 2 parallel unrequited loves; again, like the first story, makes you beg for more, but ended at the perfect moment. Last story is the best in terms of length though; unlike 1 and 3, it has an actual conclusion.
GoYuu Comic - Jujutsu Kaisen dj
Wait wait wait. Please don't tell me chapter 24 was a one shot. Just when it was getting interesting Also... Why are there so many people complaining about the age gap? Why are you here in the first place? Sus. Sounds like a shipper in denial (Gave it 5 stars because I'm petty af HAHA)
Spotlight Lover
I'm pretty sure I've read this before (even more than once), but I can't seem to remember much ┐(‘~`;)┌
Hanatte Okenai Aitsu ni Tsuite
Ehhh, I didn't expect the first chapter to be a one shot. It seriously didn't feel complete and the character profile felt like a spoiler for their position, lol. Second story is fine, but not really my cup of tea ig. It felt like it progressed too fast even for a one shot. The best thing would be the sister and the sibling relationship between the two. Third story is nice, and I'll slap anyone that says it's grooming... which knowing the internet, a lot of people will be saying that. Please educate yourselves and stop watering down serious terms Chapter 4 onwards are extras for Ijiwaru Shinai de. I still have the same comment as I had with the main story. I remember the characters, but I can't remember their story at all... to think I've read it 3 times already... Sorry author-san ig?
30 Sai Kara no Coming Out
cuteee. this was surprisingly wholesome. dudes fall in love during their one night stand, learns that they're co-workers, continues their relationship as sex friends and finally upping it as lovers
A Runaway At 3 AM
Moral of the stories: Communication is key First couple is about longtime lovers who unofficially broke up when the uke ran away. (Spoilers) He ran away because he became insecure about their relationship. He didn't talk about it with his lover and just ran away. And on the flipside, his lover just let him be. For two years. You know your lover (the runaway) already tends to think negative things and be insecure, yet you just let him be without contacting him? Yeah, both are the problem. Second couple is the first uke's lil bro and his lover. And like older brother, like younger brother indeed. Lil bro ran away from because he felt lonely and neglected by his lover. Only difference between the two couples is that his lover actually looked for him. Good seme. Third couple is probably the worst out of the three. Uke feels insecure about his relationship with the seme. They're just sex friends who occasionally meet up and have sex whenever the seme likes. Then not-so-plottwist, the seme actually likes the uke, is loyal to him, and genuinely thought they were officially a couple. Yeah right. What's wrong with the seme? Honestly, if only the uke wasn't so in love with the seme, I'd prefer he ended up with someone else. I love his friend though, very supportive; 10/10 would want to read a spin-off about Madoka's love life whether it's straight or BL. Gladly, all the three end with the couples talking about their relationship. Hope they don't end up making the same mistake again. I would rate this with 1* because the first and third couples really hurt my braincells, but I did like the seme in the second couple and the friend in the last one.
Kimi Ni Yoseru Blue
Last story deserves a 5 star, but the other 3 stories are just so-so. Ch 1 and 2-3 (is it really 2 chapters in one?) is about a transferee and his classmate. Pretty chill, though a tidbit cliche and bland. I liked how their friend knows about them just through intuition, and how he just kept quiet instead of causing drama. Ch 4 is um... idk if it's the translation or if it's just really short so the story felt like it went at the speed of light. A guy attending his unrequited love's wedding meets his senpai at the wedding. Senpai offered to be his rebound back in high school, and again now after the wedding. Then all of a sudden, MC says he actually couldn't forget senpai (as if he's in love with senpai), and that's it. That's just it. Didn't really feel any emotions from the MC nor the senpai. Ch 5 is a fantasy story about a kitsune and a dying monk. A lil bittersweet, but a lil too short. Ch 6 is the best in this anthology, which isn't just because all the other 3 are not good. I can't say anything without spoiling it though.
Furete, Aishite, Dakishimete
I find it cute and amazing how 2 of these author's stories got connected through this manga. First story was fine. It's super short (ch 1-2), so it went too fast too furious. The MC's trauma just disappeared ~with the power of love~... which I didn't even feel. Ch 3-4 are extras from Ijiwaru Shinai de. I'm happily surprised that they can be a standalone story. I'm saying this because I genuinely don't remember anything about that manga (though I got the vibe that I read ch3 before (it's ch 5.5 in the original)). Still... Same comment. Too short to get into it. Also, since it's an extra/sequel, we don't really get any seme x seme drama since they already have their roles assigned from the original. The third story, a one-shot unlike the other two-chapter stories, is ironically the one that has the best pacing (except for the sudden bj lol, it just had to had smut so it's there for that reason).
