45 Not that smut. More on plot w/ cute kid/daughter!!! I super love it but the ending seems rushed so I'm giving it a 9. Kang (ML) is an alpha from a prestigious family & is set to be a doctor. He's the class president & classmate w/ Juheon (MC), a beta (later on discovered as a recessive omega), who's only family left was his grandma & sister who's training to debut as an idol. Kang & MC became close as Kang was asked by their homeroom teacher to look after MC. MC used to be very aloof & distant but became close to Kang when he was saved by Kang from getting "raped" by some secondary alpha character in school. They started studying together for homeworks as MC works as a part timer in a cafe. Kang became interested in MC that he woild gift him expensive things out of care. When Kang was on a rut, MC found him & helped him. They then continued that relationship until they end up confessing that they like each other. One day things became very complicated. Hana, a girl from the upper class who clings to Kang used to like MC w/c Kang also saw when she confessed by giving a love letter at the cafe. Mc's grandma was also hospitalized & the secondary arrogant guy also made it confusing to Kang that MC worked as a host before but later in the story will be investigated by Kang that he was played as MC only worked as a waiter. Cliche jealousy due to misunderstandings & miscommunication that led to Kang assuming that the girl Hana was the one pregnant when MC told him about his pregnancy. He thought they were having an affair when he saw MC & Hana talking in the hospital corridor plus the prior encounter when MC saved Hana as she was half naked almost ganged up by upper class alpha in a club. This led to MC's lowest point as he discovered his pregnancy, being an R Omega, granny dying, unreachable sister as phones were confiscated days prior to debut, Kang telling him to abort due to misunderstanding & calls not answered by him... ergo MC was left alone pregnant & raised his child alone for 7 yrs. After 7 yrs, MC lived w/ his sister in her building & opened his own cafe right across the hospital Kang was having internship at. Kang has been suffering w/ chronic illness as he's been long separated from his Omega w/o them knowing that he has marked MC since they all thought he was a beta before. Kang became even more gloomy & distant to people than before. When he went to thw cafe w/ a co intern he saw MC at the counter & grabbed him to the floor & lost his senses (meeting his omega pheromones). His doctor sister asked MC's help to develop inhibitors for Kang. At first their encounters were full of hate, arrogance, anger & pride. MC's main problem was to hide his daughter afraid Kang would take her away. Kang's sister figured out the truth behind the misunderstandings that Kang didn't realize that the one who was pregnant was MC(by Kang), that MC has hormone illness & was actually R omega w/c was discovered only after it was induced being in a relationship w/ an alpha (Kang), & sister also saw Taeyag their child who's the spitting image of Kang. Kang's sister did not directly tell all this to Kang but talked to him to remember & clarify, figure out himself what really happened to MC. After Kang further investigated what happened, he succumbed to the truth of his mistakes as he realized MC was all alone raising their daughter for 7 years. After a few days he coincidentally came across Taeyoung again & when MC saw them together he was so scared MC had an outburst of telling the truth that she's Kang's daughter saying not to take her away from him. Hearing the truth & confirmation directly from MC, Kang burst into tears w/ all the guilt & repentance he felt as sudden flashback & realizations of his stupidity & mistake came altogether. He started visiting MC at the cafe 3x a day, gave his whole inheritance to his daughter & enrolled her to a kindergarten. He's slowly trying to repent & gain back MC. A problem also arose as secondary character guy is now managing his family's entertainment company w/c targeted Lee's sister so he can get MC (guy realized his obsession & feelings about MC but still haughty, arrogant & cruel). MC find himself relying on Kang again w/c made Kang happy but MC still can't forgive him. Kang proposed that they marry to resolve issue tying her sister as Taeyang's mom & used his company to manage MC's sister. Sister is actually mad at Kang learning what happened to his brother despite being managed by Kang's company lol. Kang slowly being close to daughter & introduced her & MC to family. Kang's family love them w/ open arms. MC realized the beauty of family that she doesn't have w/c he dreams for their daughter but still scarred w/ what he went through. At Kang's mansion, Kang had to stab his leg to resist his urges. They thought he was in a rut but they realized it was MC who was in heat as it ia his 1st time feeling it (although not as grave & excessive as dominant omega) since it's only then that they've been close to each other & omegas goes in heat more after pregnancy. MC wasn't taking any suppressants so all the more has his pheromones affected Kang. Despite this Kang remained true to his promise not to force MC to sex. Instead they end up kissing & Kang helped MC get off. As of C40 They explained to Taeyang the truth of them as her parents as she was greatly scared & came home crying just by hearing that Kang came from the hospital. She hates hospitals cos she thought that's what killed her mom (MC lied that her mom died & that he is his dad). Well I hope it will not be very long til they get back together & forgive each other since they've been already kissing & touchy lol.

Amelia left the Duke's mansion & lived as a commoner, however she died & FL reincarnated in her body. FL is supposed to be just a side character but now all attention is on her.
