Mimimu's manga / #Slice of life(880)

this is the cutest shit I've ever read this year i cannot get over the size difference, the contrast in personalities and the support of the side characters. One thing i loved was how the author didn't go with the stereotypical short guy with outgoing personality = uke, tall cool guy with a avoidant personality = seme, also huge kudos to how this manga mentioned preparing aka douching and how shingo wasn't focused on sexual roles. Shoutout to my manz takao (?) and his short lived love, despite his competitive attitude he was surprisingly really sweet i wouldn't have thought that he would take care of the charm that much yet alone ao, he's honestly such a great friend and a nice person i love him. Would love to see a side story/sequel about their life after graduation + takao finding love + ao's two friends getting together.

Loved both couples! i was more invested in the older brother's relationship however and wish there was more of them, the ending felt abrupt and the younger brothers story felt rushed aswelo which is a pity but regardless loved the characters and artstyle

The adults failed them during their childhood, setting aside the crappy abusive dad and the neglectful druggie mother why did the neighbours stay silent even when they knew what was going on. And how about the relatives, their grandparents? it makes no sense how everyone failed them. The only decent adult in this is that kind uncle boss, he truly brought me comfort by being there for rita and marie and genuinely caring about them. Im glad rita and marie found each other during that time, if they didn't I can't imagine where they would be today but it's definitely not in a good place. Marie carries so much guilt from the accident despite it not being his fault, but then again guilt isn't something you can control and if i were in his place I'd feel the same. However this dude has done everything to protect rita and himself, it definitely wasn't murder but he ran away in self defense and that old crap decided to run after him without checking his surroundings. The mother and her creepy boyfie sought what they deserved i hope they rot in the asylum/jail.
