yo this had no business being so fucking funny LOOOL. it soooo funny and good. i LOVE YATO BBBB omg yato is the best boy hes so cute. and jizo is so funny plssss when he was drunk i was cryingggg. this is so good 9/10.

ao haru ride was definitely a ride to say the least lol. i liked the anime but honestly i cant understand why they decided to animate such a tiny portion of the story and literally none of the main plot. the manga was so GOOD and the character development for both kou and futaba was done so so well. i have to say the star of the show is kou of course. this man had me experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions everytime he was present. i have many many mixed feelings for him but overall im extremely happy with his character at the end and i support them w most of my heart. touma is too lovable and wonderful for me to forget about him tho. hes the best boy ever and i hope hes able to find happiness somehow. he really didnt deserve the pain and anxiety he experienced through getting involved w these two but he is the one who decided to persist so its on him. theres definitely way too many things to say abt the plot. ill do jot notes ig: - futaba is very admirable and mature. definitely one of my fav fls. shes very persistent and bold sometimes, which can get annoying to watch but if she wasnt as headstrong as she is she wouldnt have achieved eveything she set out to accomplish, which is inspirational. she goes after everything she wants w all heart. how can u hate that. - kou's backstory is really dark and makes him probably one of the most complex shoujo characters ive ever read. his guilt towards narumi broke my heart and made me borderline hate him, but honestly it just proves how good of a person he really is, even if he did it for himself. you can say what you want abt kou but he is extremely loyal and faithful to his friends and loved ones. his journey back to "tanaka kou" was so fulfilling and watching his personality blossom was so fun. but he really did make me hate him for how he turned down futaba. but yknow what? i have never seen a male lead repent for his actions and suffer as much as kou. the love of his life literally dated a 10/10 in front of his eyes and all he could do is watch from the sidelines. those moments made my heart clench for kou but also flutter for touma. now this is what it means to have two amazing male leads and an effective love triangle set up, even if kou always owned futabas heart and we all knew that deep down. i love these 3 characters so much and i have to say that ahr is def one of my fav shoujo stories thus far. 9/10.

THIS WAS SO FUNNY LOOOOL. i love the constant chibi gags theyre so good LOOOL. mizuki is my fave hes so CUTE LOL and i really cant decide which couple i like better they both have their own charms hehe the first one is more pure when it comes to seggs and the second one is quite literally anything but pure jlsdkfjs. but theyre all adorbs, i loved this 9/10.

hehe finally read this one after it being in my list for so long. the anime was SO GOOD! its definitely bc im an avid bl reader that i liked it so much tho, like if i had watched this a year ago i wouldnt have understood anything LOOL. but yes, so good! reverse harems are the best, and especially when all of them are so likable. i LIVE for the main couple so much. its kinda rare that the fl ends up w the sweetest character sadly, usually preferring the tsundere type that doesnt deserve love (can u tell im still traumatized from ao haru ride ily kou soz) but nope she chose the best boy! the story was super hilarious and i really loved it. tbh kae got on my damn nerves towards the end tho. she was really selfish w her interests and it was so fucking annoying to see her treat mutsumi badly. then again she kinda paid for it but i dont know if that was enough. im glad she figured shit out but that part made my blood boil tbh. bro nanaxshino extra is a blessing. i didnt even ship them until the end but i am Craving more content on them now, please i pray that the mangaka chooses to make a full length side story on them. anyways - super good! 9/10

i loved this one! the cover kinda threw me off at the beginning for some reason but theyre actually super cute and in love w e/o the seme is the BESTTT hes so great and friendly and highkey my type. the dream aspects were really interesting to read abt and the main antagonist dude was so messed up. he whole scene w him getting beat up was so cathartic but also like really wild lol. ANWYAYS i loved their relationship the most. 9/10.

AHHHHH SO FUCKING GOOD. IN MY FAV BLS LIST NOW FS. I LOVED EVERYTHING ABT IT SO MUCH. i didnt even realize how short it really is bc i took like 4 hours to read it sjlfkdj but omg its amazing. i didnt think i would like it this much bc of the art style ig and kinda how the main two hit it off but it really surprised me w how adorable and wholesome their relationship became. they are def one of the cutest and non-toxic, pure couples ive read so far! bc its not super long there isnt any next level misunderstandings or conflicts which is great. we also got to see their wedding AND THEIR BABY. UGH such a fucking good omegaverse. the smut was hot too AND BRO. SWITCHES. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME READING SWITCHES AND WOW. lim went from being such an asshole to a compliant simp LOL. theyre so in love and perfect. i want a relationship like this :,) anyways i loved everything abt this and i def wanna reread sometime. i also used lezhin coins on like 4 chapters which makes this the second series ive spent actual money on. 10/10

ahhh this was honestly a really good read until the last like 2 chapters LOL. i actually LOVED everything about it except the confession scene for the main couple. i dont even mind the confession between lihang and qiu tian bc it somehow kinda suited their personalities but ,,, yeah. ok so from the beginning, loved the art style. such a gorgeous watercolour style. all the character designs were sooo good i crushed on all of them and all the little lamb symbolism is also very cute. speaking of, i ADORE all the cute lil chibi scenes and gags in every chapter. the author is HILARIOUS i truly laughed out loud so many times. the here u are easter eggs were GREAT too. at the halfway point i was actually pretty depressed abt getting close to the end. i went into this knowing that it would be extremely slow burn and i highkey have zero issues w that bc the chase is the most exciting part of any relationship, but damn not even a proper kiss (outside of the official art)? and yikes that confession. the fact that the only reason they ended up confessing is not thru their own will but bc one of them was exposed thru a phonecall, unknowingly being lied to? its disheartening knowing that they probably wouldnt have figured their shit out unless they were LITERALLY tricked into it. not to mention the main couples confession was so hugely eclipsed by the second couples confession LOL. it was so much more dramatic and satisfying. daye literally was like “wait! i-i-i-i like you too! dont run away this time pls” and that was it. like huuuuh? so underwhelming. tbh i kinda enjoyed the second couple a bit more anyways so its fine. tangtang just got on my nerves everytime he would discourage daye by bluffing abt their relationship. whatever everything else was adorable. i wish there was more content of them tho. the chase is fun and all but its nice to be rewarded w fluff after going thru the anxiety of getting them together so it kinda feels like we were cut off the moment we found some solace. whatever tho it was a fun read and i had a really good time nonetheless. 8/10 probably

i loved this series a lot! i really enjoyed the slow burn portion so i wish it had kept that pace til the end. the misunderstandings section had me bonking my head against a wall it was so frustrating. uke was lowkey kinda unnecessarily harsh, but i get it i probably wouldve done the same. his past experience with love was literally one of the worst things that could possibly happen to a gay man so cant blame him either. the seme was so cute! a literally puppy boy. i wish they didnt speed thru their relationship so much once they got together, it wouldve been nice to seem actually transition into lovers instead of been thrown into another conflict. nonetheless, very cute story. i love how requited it was the whole way thru, ukes simping always have my heart. super fun read!

SO GOOD. ugh idk if it just hit different bc its been a few days since ive read any BL but like WOW so fucking good. the ART IS IMMACULATE. LITERALLY SO BEAUTIFUL. and i always prefer stories where the uke makes the first move or falls in love first. but to have it be so mutual and fluffy was so nice and heartwarming. ugh couldnt have asked for a better story to recharge myself with. also i loved the film club aspects of this too. its making me kinda wanna join film club at uni or be apart of some production. it seems like so much fun even if youre only part of the production on a small scale. ahhhh so inspirational. i wish there was one at my high school i totally wouldve joined. it distracts me from the actual film essay i need to be writing rn lol. maybe i should take advantage of the course and try to learn as much as i can. i mean its a little late rn to be a diligent student but ill definitely learn something as long as i try rn right? hm. okay. i want to be part of a club and community like that. maybe learning all this will motivate me to seek that out? or attract it? if nothing else, itll give me the knowledge to enjoy films in the future on a deeper level. just remember how interesting film studies really are. i analyze movies and shows for fun so why not do it here and get marks for it. yeah. lets go. i got this!
