➷ plot: ★★★★★ ➷ characters: ★★★★★ ➷ chemistry: ★★★★★ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★★★ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★★ ※ this is one of the best manhuas i've read !! i'm obsessed with this dynamic >< its so unique and interesting ^^ i love the healthy competition they have with each other <3 the plot was pretty simple but it had some realistic and proper conflicts ^^ i love that shu yun's dad had a quick character development and that the conflicts present in this story wasn't annoying at all and they were resolved easily~ i love how supportive tong yang's grandpa with his relationship >< its unfortunate that he died but at least he lived a good life and hes not in pain anymore :(( i also love the wholesome relationship tong yang has with his brother >< they might not be from the same mother but they still love and care each other <33 i'm also glad that as the years went by, his father also got to appreciate and be proud of him when they saw him on tv (╥﹏╥) i love how the author gave everyone a character development (except for lan du lol jshsjjsd but i'm glad he's out of the picture now and hopefully hes moved on already) i love the wholesome relationship shu yun and tong yang have~ you can really feel the connection and how both of them grew feelings for each other ♡ they were both clueless and shy towards one another which caused misunderstandings but after being together, they were so fluffy and adorable >< though i wish we got to see more of their sweet/fluffy scenes but they're mostly cute and fluffy and i understand that there aren't any visible kissing or whatsoever bc this is a manhua :> but i'm glad that the author gave us a 9-year time skip which gave me butterflies bc i just love seeing the growth and maturity they now have ㅠㅠ esp with them finally living together waaa >< tong yang's brother is also grown up now and i'm proud of him too i also love how the author showed some backstory behind the side couple ^^ you you is such a great friend i'm glad that he's always there to support and take care of shu yun (´ω`) he is indeed like a mother to him~ overall this was such a wholesome and adorable read <33 i immediately got hooked bc i've never had this type of pairing before and i really like how healthy their relationship is esp with them being competitors of each other ^^ all the characters are lovable and fun to read and again i like that each one of them had some character development :> the ending was so sweet and heartwarming ♡ plus the side stories were adorable, we got to see a glimpse of their domesticity >< (wish we got to see moe though ackk) the art style is very pretty too it has a warm vibe and i just love how gentle and gorgeous it is ❣️ this was a literal hidden gem bc why did i only encounter this story now !! it's amazing and definitely a reread material

i love this so much omg ☆ REREAD [210228]: omfg i love this so much ㅠㅠ i already said that on my previous review but wow i've read this so many times already but it never gets old it still hits me everytime >< the plot is not your typical mafia boss who's a red flag that r words the MC, dean is such a green flag and he also deals with trauma and guilt~ he never wanted to be a part of that industry and i think his backstory was really interesting as well as craig's backstory ^^ i love the concept of them finding salvation in each other :(( it's such a beautiful and heartwarming concept ㅠㅠ craig is a ray of sunshine (´ω`) he's such a sweet and understanding person :< you can really see how much he loves and cares for dean >< he really laid out his life just to protect him and even with all the dangers, he still chose to stay and be with him :'< i'm not crying, you are !! their development was probably a tiny bit fast in the beginning but bc of how the author wrote it, you can still feel how their feelings grew deeper and how connected and inlove they are with each other ♡ i love the sweet and funny inner monologues and dialogues they say to each other ^^ overall this was such an amazing read ㅠㅠ it's a masterpiece !! i will never get tired of reading this >< they're my comfort couple :(( all the characters were fun and likable esp nicolas ^^ he's such a funny guy he brings light to the plot :> i still have a lot to say but that's for yall to read hehe ( ´~｀) this was such a worth reread <3 would definitely recommended !!

➷ plot: ★★★★★ ➷ characters: ★★★★★ ➷ chemistry: ★★★★★ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★★★ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★★ ※ this was so freaking adorable :< i love them so much aaaaaa >< i wish we got to see more though, i really need a volume 2 ㅠㅠ the plot was your typical neighbors trope but it was slow paced and the author focused more on the MCs growth and self realizations (?) like the flow of the story was more focused on akitoki finding himself with the help of yorito (´ω`) i love how both of them were each other's strength to move forward and pursue what they love :(( i really love mangas with slow romance like this esp when its so healthy and wholesome >< you can really feel their connection and how both their feelings grew <3 i just love everything abt them ㅠㅠ it was supposed to be just a light plot but bc of akitoki's past and all the growth, the plot had some depth which made it better to read even though we never got to see them officially be together lol i swear this really needs a volume 2 ㅠㅠ but tbh i'm pretty satisfied with the ending bc we still got to see them acknowledge each other's feelings and akitoki also got back to writing songs for fun which is cool ^^ i'm happy that they both helped each other to pursue and continue to do what they love <33 overall this was such a wholesome read ^^ i'm really manifesting a second volume bc their love story deserves one (╥﹏╥) they're so freaking adorable and they're just perfect for each other >< the art style is so pretty too !! literally my cup of tea this was a great read !!

this was a cute and soft read waaaa i needed more >< i wish we got to see more of them bc i just know how wholesome it would've gotten~ but still, it was such an adorable read >< sui is a precious character :(( i'm glad that his friends accept him though they outed him without consent which is sad :< but i love how harutora reacted pls he's also a cutie ^^ he seems like a very innocent character so i was surprised when he pounced on sui lol the panels where he was wearing the bear suit was so freaking adorable pls ㅠㅠ sui looks adorable after the mask was removed waaa esp his little fang >< i love them so much (╥﹏╥) i think sui's in good hands hehe <33 harutora seems like a very dedicated and kind person esp with how genuine and hardworking he is~ overall this was such a sweet read :> quite a bummer that its only a oneshot but it was such a worth read !! will definitely reread the art style is very pretty too this was a great read !!

naurrr this is too cute ☹️ i loved this so much i love how they didnt rush their relationship and really took the time to get to know each other and develop real feelings i also love how their conflict was easily solved by communication i just love yaoi stories that dont involve so much smut ya know i love to read abt the wholesomeness of one's relationship so this is a really great read for me aaaa !!! the art style is so pretty too btw ❣ i liked this a lot glad i got to read this <33

i regret not reading this immediately coz holy shit this was so good i shouldn't have doubted the author helpsjdhd unintentional love story was so good and after reading this i fell in love with the author how can u make such masterpieces aaaaa i really love this the pace of their relationship is so good and you will really get attached to the characters even if there was conflict u wont get that annoyed with the characters (except the aunt, i despise her but im glad that ended well) !! i love how healthy their relationship is too ❣ the seme is so sweet and pure which i really really love idk what to say i love this story so much aaaaa ☹️ the art style is AMAZING im so glad i got to read this wiiiiee <33 i hoped to see more chapters but i am pretty satisfied with how it ended ❣

its been awhile since i've read this so i won't be able to give an in-depth review but from what i can remember, i really liked this one bc the couple's dynamic is cute ^^ their both shy and adorable with each other <33 i love the build up and pacing even though it just happened in 2 chapters, i think the author did a good job showing their progress and how fujita developed his feelings for sanjou :> i also liked how unique the concept of the plot, its your typical school genre but i've never encountered such plot wherein the MC has a blog abt his sexuality and that's the reason they got to know each other~ i think what sanjou's doing is pretty cool bc ppl can be inspired through his blog ^^ i love how supportive ryuu is too <33 hes a cool friend :)) overall this was pretty cute and adorable >< i've been quite busy with school so i don't get to read that much anymore but this will definitely be a part of my must reread mangas ^^ the art is pretty too this was a great read !!
