He felt sad he couldn’t do anything because of his legs To help Seme. The uke died because it was cold outside and got a sick. Seme took the dead body to their village to see the big flower tree. Arriving there, Seme died right after out of loneliness and sadness. They meet each other in the after life. It their next life uke remember the promised he made in his previous life of staying by Seme’s side forever including his next lives. Seme remember in his dreams, too. They finally are happy together. We also see he was reborn in the same family with his little bother and he married the little village girl. Cute. We also get a shot of everyone else living happily.
