really good exploration of gender and sexuality from the start of mogumo's coming out as nb and femininity as removal from masculinity as opposed to the trans women in the story and all the diff reasons for working at the "girlyboy" cafe. good shit. and the relationship! kotone's repressed sexuality!! the whole using mogumo as a replacement for a girl shit oof that's some complicated gender emotion right there. main guy looks like Every manga protag ever but he's still great. re discovering hey I wasn't just a passionate ally all along. the family shit. was the only thing I was unsure about there's a lot of complicated emotion that I think was rushed through esp sakura's eating disorder that was not addressed later at all and the father's 180 turn. overall a good ending tho of like. Conclusion of perception of the self
