Earlier on, Kaoru's memory flash reveals some important fact that he might have known Akira in their younger days during high school where Akira has confessed to him and was rejected. Since Kaoru wasn't mentally stable, he was confused and so it wasn't confirmed whether they both have known each other for a long time. The grief was so great for him that he couldn't stay sane. I've only read chapter 1 to see whether it's really psychological. It's not it, to me. However, there is a rape tag in this which mainly happens in chapter 1 when the younger bro used the bathtub cork to tie his older bro and rapes him. The older bro is literally begging him not to do it and he isn't even aroused. After getting fingered with 2 fingers only (I think for any penetrative intercourse people should really prep the receiver carefully to avoid hurting them) and the younger bro rams his shaft in his older bro's back without consideration...... Clearly hurt and injured by the sexual violence, the older bro decides to cut ties with the younger bro who always insists that they aren't blood related. On the day of the big bro's moving out of the adoptive family's house, the adoptive mom tells his oldest son that they've given a spare key to the younger bro in case there's an emergency. While he's still stunned and appalled by this thought of not getting away from his aggressor, the lil bro whispered a subtle threat to him and kissed him in the mouth in front of their parents and the mover/truck driver. The lil bro later keeps intruding his apartment. This story is from the seme's POV I don't think I can read it (the next Ch) because I don't like the opening. BUT. I will read it some other time when I feel less disturbed by the incidents in Ch 1. What parents would allow any of their child to get raped by another child of their own? Why aren't they attentive to the signs and why aren't they inquisitive enough to ask the right questions and prob for the answers to these signs? With that in mind, I don't think it's psychological because the story lacks the elements. Review 2 : Ch 2 really changed my mind about the story. Another rape scene.
