This is a very refreshing read. Different from the cookie cutter iseiki stories which are rampant now a days.

An absolute master piece! We need more Ernon!

An absolute master piece!!! Perfection! The plot, character development and chemistry are all the best of the best. This is easily top three, perhaps the top of all I have ever read! Which I have read a lot! You can't go wrong investing your time in this story

As a member of management myself, leaders don't get to say we don't have enough time. Of course we don't, but not having time is not an acceptable reason for a member of my team to be falling short. Manage processes, lead people. The training, coaching, and ultimate success of our teams is what defines a leader's success. Here, the team leader is blaming the employee's performance on the employee. When the team leader, in my opinion, is failing the employee as her leader. The team leader needs to stop belittling, degrading, making excuses, and start putting the important, engaging with her team, inspiring them to do good work, infront of what she deems urgent. Being proactive in leading her team, working through her team,, working with their strengths, identifying their opportunities, and working on those opportunities is the path to success.

This is an absolute masterpiece. The plot, characters, emotions, passion. All are expressed with such poignancy/ piercing effectiveness it is breathtaking to immerse oneself in the story. I can not say enough thank yous to AkumaKira for translating this amazing story. So much depends on the writing and dialogue for this story and characters to shine in all their brilliancy. In conclusion, I implore you to contine this project till its completion. Ch.75

The emotions are related to the reader so well. The loneliness and helplessness the characters feel at times are captured well by dialogue and art. I think it is important to note that while both have long term loneliness/helplessness it's not so overwhelming that those are the only emotions the characters experience. Other stories drown characters and readers in seas of never ending angst. But emotions are fleeting most of the time. One is experienced and then it changes to something else. This story displays emotion in a very natural, human way which I found refreshing and engaging.
