His Potential Wife
this sucked for real. the art is GOD tier and literally the only reason anyone should ever read this meaningless drivel. the ml was a massive dickhead, from disparaging the mc for being poor (saying he needed to date someone "on his level") to doing things to deliberately demean and embarrass her (making her wear a truly hideous uniform to a dinner party his family was having) i just... what about this guy am i supposed to like? and the mc... she's very annoying. the ending felt so rushed and i feel didn't even resolve everything i wanted it to. one of the reasons the mc brought up for not wanting to get to involved with the ml is that his brother was the father of her son, and she was worried about his rich powerful family taking her child away form her. thats mentioned literally once. and i know like... by vitue of them getting married at the end (gross) thats resolved but still. I'd have liked to see that very interesting motivation explored a little more. i genuinely despised this. i hope they payed the mangaka a shit ton for having to adapt this piece of trash... maybe they have other works i can read and enjoy their godly art in without this contemptible writing...
Lovers in the Afternoon
I don't know why i keep reading these they're genuinely infuriating. the ml is literally trash. she describes him as taking over her life as soon as they got married, making her quit her job and being completely controlling. and even if he wasn't actually cheating on her with her sister, he didn't try to explain anything, just brushed it off as something she didn't need to know. literally there's nothing he could have done over the course of the plot to stop me from wanting to run him over. but it's like he's not even trying to not suck! he just shows up and acts like they can just pick up and start dating again!! even when she refuses!! what the fuck dude!! die!! she literally says "I was unhappy in my marriage to you" and he's like "it's different now" motherfucker how is it different!! did you gain a soul in the LITERALLY 8 months between her leaving and now!! thats not long enough!!! for you to change!! and just saying you're different now isn't good enough he needs to prove it, which HE ISN'T!! the whole crux of the issue is he' a controlling piece of shit and he's still being controlling and jealous and not listening to her!! i'm going to explode i'm so angry. like... without the backstory? yeah i'd like him he's got that gap moe of being a serious business man who can be a little goofy sometimes. it's adorable and charming but i literally hate him so much so it's water off a ducks back at this point. and she just forgives him!! she just... don't read this isn't literally making my blood boil. the arts very cute though. kudos to the mangaka

The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass
Love love love this one!! all time classic!!! best in field otome isekai, truly a standout, my gold standard for the genre! that said i don't really like the Epilogue much orz. if it was a little shorter maybe it'd be better? I find Bliss REALLY annoying and right now i sorta... wish she would disappear lmao. I'm just not interested in kids! it's nice seeing Aria and Asher after the main plot but it's not even a REAL timeskip to when they're actually parents, so i'm not seeing a different side of them or anything. it feels... a bit contrived for me.
