I liked this a lot! Simple premise but good execution. Even the misunderstanding plot, which i've read many times in other similar mangas and is thus very predictable, still managed to hurt my heart. Good for re-read.

TW: murder, blood, rape, age gap, size difference I died a little reading this. Like honestly i feel like crying because HOW TF IS THIS AUTHOR SO GOOD LIKE. How am i gonna read anything else after reading something this well written? I always feel this way when i find my favorite works, like i won but also lost at the same time. I don't even know what to say about this manga, it's literally one in a million. Original plot, GREAT writing, well thought of panels and good art direction, lovely characters. [SPOILER ALERT] I love the romantic progression between Asako and Kuroiwa, subtle yet very impactful. The scenes where Asako was heartbroken over Kuroiwa's ex-wife's case? Godsend. Kuroiwa realizing his feelings for Asako and him acknowledging that he might be bi or pan? Truly a cultural reset. Also--THE CONSENT depicted in this manga, holy crap. Asako is someone who's never had many choices regarding his body when it comes to death memories. It's been like that since he was really young and it got worse once he became an investigator. When he felt the shame and despair of being sexually assaulted in chapter 1, my heart broke for him. And that makes the scenes where we can see how respectful Kuroiwa is of Asako's boundaries all the more powerful. God those two. I finished this manga feeling a little bit in love with both of them, actually. And i just wish i could read this for the first time over and over again.

That confession scene was phenomenal. And man, hirokuni's fear of leaving his toxic workplace because it was his only source of self-assurance is too close to home. Not really a big fan of the dynamic of the couple but oh well, can't have it all.

What's up with the title?? Seriously, it's very misleading and has nothing to do with the plot. I almost dismissed it as one of those unrealistic smut mangas, but I'm glad i gave it a chance because it was far from that. The MC is endearing (and Relatable), the story is wholesome, the relationship is healthy, the characters' dynamic is great, and more importantly: Haze is smoking HOT. Definitely worth a reread.

I read this ages ago and just realized that i never gave it any review. The plot itself is overused but executed well. It's simple, light, and has all the qualities of what makes BL entertaining. Good for a quick reread (if you ignore the dirty talk zjqnjqjwi).

This is suuper fun and adorable! The shift in their relationship from friendly to romantic is so natural, their interaction is hilarious and refreshing, and I truly respect the author for not treating the aphrodisiac effect as a "perk" for the MCs and promoting fully consensual relationship instead.

This manga was a wild ride from beginning to end! These two are so freakin chaotic that it was inevitable for them to end up together. The premise of the story baffled me to no end but it also got a lot of fluff and heartwarming moments. And they're both so lovey doveyyyy i love it so much.

Holy crap holy crap holy crappppp the most heart-throbbingly romantic manhwa is already over and i somehow missed it? Blasphemy. I can't believe it's truly ended. S2 was a bit more conflict ridden than S1 so i was waiting for all chapters to come out because i didnt wanna die from cliffhangers. I had so much fun reading this-- everything from the art, the story, the characters, pacing, EVERYTHING is such a godsend that i can't believe it exists. Yiyoung is one of my favorite characters ever. I just want to be him, man, he's so inspiring. Will miss this couple real bad, but im glad it ended with a happy note!

I forgot to mark this manga hehe a sequel to my first and coincidentally most favorite BL manga ever. Art-wise it's a bit of a decline but the writing is still good, their peaceful daily life makes me wanna cry, all in all a very wholesome continuation / complement to the first book.
