Uke's mental health deteriorated so much. He sometimes imagines bugs crawling all over him (dirty) so he scratches. Afterwards he started getting confused on reality and mixing memories, then forgetting many things such as names, objects and so on. Seme loves that uke obeys him but is super abusive and hits him constantly, even broke his leg so he wouldn't leave (uke ran on his delusion episode)
