Oneshot Serizawa and Sanada have always been friends. In high school, Serizawa confides in Sanada that he thinks he might be gay, and Sanada encourages him, despite not really understanding gay people. Sanada watches from the sidelines as Serizawa occasionally falls in with the wrong crowd, but the two are always there for eachother in the end. Eight years into their friendship, the two of them drunkenly kiss for the first time. One year after that, they have sex for the first time. Since then, every time Serizawa splits up with his partners, he always comes back to Sanada and the two engage in rebound sex. Sanada still cares for his friend and doesn't currently have a girlfriend, so it's during one of these encounters that he starts puzzling out his feelings for his friend.
