04/21/24: The plot feels so obvious and kinda cheesy, but it’s not bad so far at least. Best part is how the ML is the greenest flag! Everybody is pushing so hard for the ML’s marriage.. which is common for the time period, but still painful to see. I’d probably give this a 3.5 or maybe 4 now that he’s disobeying his mother. Ch36
