Personally, I didn't find the stories confusing at all. I thought they were well explained in the end. We all have done stupid things that we regret later, and these guys are no different (and remember we are talking school boys here, not adults).

Love from a darker point of view, but love wins over all.

Sweet stories about bug people...kind of!

If you're not into fantasy rape, don't read. Other than that, its fun!
