bro what the heck idk if he's jealous of nobara
One Night Mate
why is this so underrated? clearly one of the realistic relationships i've ever seen. it's portrayed maturely, slow burn, and there's a lot of all-rounded characters. a lot of love lessons too. (especially for first timers in love) and people who are ( first timers in dating ) it takes your whole self to know everything about the person, i relate to both woojin ( who gave 100% in love even if it feels wrong ) and seunghyuk ( who is prone to open relationship, building walls, and being misunderstood, as well as being dense in a relationship ) love doesn't keep records of wrongs. it just take one "special" person to be the one. get your answer already! it's on your fucking face man! it will just bite ya very slow burn, and not "every thing that meets the eye" personalities. they're not npc and actually get confused, can be indecisive and annoying. the part when i thought woojin likes him when it's actually just a crush developing to a like, my god, you didn't know how i felt stupid because clearly he's showing signs he like him the time he spend time in europe with him! it only takes 3 seconds to like someone. then it hit me— liking means liking the "man" he is. and loving is liking "the worst" the deeper kind of like. and seunghyuk, i'm pissed off at him in season 1 because he's too complex to understand, till i knew his backstory. now i have a gist on the real reason people can't settle for one. and the way woojin was confused on what's the boundaries of "dating" i didn't even know them! first time as a reader i felt like a noob in understanding relationships. dating doesn't mean restricting him to meeting someone new when it's not that "deep". you actually had to know the person if he first wants to be in an "open" relationship. so that's what an open relationship is smartass. i felt learning something new and destroying every stereotype i read in majority of yaoi manhwas. good job for author in introducing us to real life dating, real life perspectives. i actually want to know the second couple too, but i know the author is smart enough to do it once the main story ends. and the comedy guys! the comedy!! it's chef's kiss.
Boushiya Ellipsis
the plot is good. first time i saw a black haired ml to be so kind, not womenphobic, humane and handsome. at first it's confusing, the approver doesn't seem to be anything big because he just cuts threads and the representative is a hat maker. here's another mystery on why he didn't looked like a grandpa despite 4 decades older. more! the women is not shoujo type girls. hope it stay that way for the rest of the cases.
Angel's Doubt
brooo lololol the amount of comedy in here is spot on and i loved how the cover is fourth, the first character to feature is fourth, the one who stands out and has the main character vibes is fourth, but the mc is rikuto! good plot, they're studying the expectation vs reality of human relationships, which made the concept a bit philosophical, because the mc has the ability to recreate illusion of objects thru paper. he has a photographic memory and the main agenda of fourth is yet to be revealed. it has been hinted he's an appraiser, but he do it through tampering and replicating objects to be presented in royal family. the nobles engaged into travels with each other because of riku's curiousity piquing skill, which lead him to the world of gemology. the bromance is... actually a love triangle? y'all been tugging my sweet guy's shirt
Senpai, Danjite Koidewa!
brooo this is so domestic! non problematic couple, and they're willing to grow even if they miss each other like crazy. for me it would've been good if there's a love triangle to see more jealous yanase moments
The Man At Night
love how they fleshed out the strippers business, the costumers, the feelings of the workers and tackle the prejudices in it. the characters are all all rounded and not one dimensional. the story is intricate and has a good reality check. love it. i think the romance aspect is lacking but personally i love the professional vibe they gave off on working. also what's up with yoo gon? does gyu taek gonna have a 20 year old boyfriend (wow) and what's up with that baby?
