(the one who will burn an entire nation, a competition for love. sounds like cleopatra huh ) naito is so likeable,but yuta is the opposite. somehow yuta knows about his origins as the exiled prince, with a devil's contract and a scar that fortified his cursed existence. the two boys were raised by shinra, (who happens to be missing) and supervised by arthur, that led them to enter the portal between the earth and the kingdom of esraf, fedina and jakha. they were the daughter and son of queen sabia (fedina) and queen radhiya (jakhar) in order to stop the civil war and maintain the balance in two countries, naito needed to find his brother to prevent the evil eye to spread darkness in the star. princess alnilam is naito's reincarnated self, and prince saif is yuta's reincarnation. alnilam has a contract by the genie she saved named rubaiyat, who seems to be the second love interest of the mc. but alnilam is an unwanted child since sabia choses her country and goes to a fixed marriage to the king, that results to the princess nickname: forbidden princess. in order to keep her safe, sabia is forced to pull all her magic to transport her daughter to shinra's world. thus causing alnilam to be reincarnated as naito fuuga. they were both born on the same day, thus they're fated to clash with each other. that's why their mothers do their best to protect them. queen radhiya had to die to fulfill the conditions of the contract thus yuta's mission is to revive his mother in the other world. everytime saif's memories consume him, he had this tattoo in his face that appear out of nowhere, and his eye shaped like star twinkled red. uldan and bardos happened to be his uncles, and jamil his nephew. it's discontinued. i just don't know how exactly naito got reincarnated, and what are the extent of his powers? will this be a saga or not? what i know is alnilam and yuta haven't met in their past lives. which means yuta has romantic implications with naito. (i honestly doubt naito has alnilam's soul. naito is naito, that's all.) I WASN'T BOTHERED BY THE HAREM AT ALL, HAHA rubaiyat needed to see naito as he is. for real. and also alsor kun is underrated.

found family. same author as ameiro paradox! that's why the character design and character build up is so familiar and comfortable. i love it when himawari (wonderful name by the way) make amends with his cousin. his cousin is so kind and adorable, i just don't like when he spread rumors. also about the youkai bros, i hate them at first because they made my himawari cry (i cried too because i can relate to him). i'm still annoyed with the aya chan one. but after the fire incident i'm slowly warming up. also boss, i didn't know you had a wife huh? what do you say taking a brat himself? maru, all of them including the owner (who happens to be boss bestfriend) are very likeable. i like how they help our little boy to make the most of his life not getting bored, and fall into depression by making him take odd missions i like how the mc treasures the stone so much that he will work just to find it. he's so precious. i also loved that boss and maru really look out for him. i just hope the chapters were longer. and more bromance for the quiet bro please.

i don't understand like, the start was so good but there's really no actual development. i'm rooting for the uke changing the seme for the better and the seme chasing the uke after all the bullshit he has done, but nah it was axed instead. and why is the uke so assertive? it's obvious he's being used. sigh i hope he can be more aware.

i swear japanese mangakas have a thing for western bloodlines this is the definition of true bromance. i liked gian carlo's character. he understands sometimes he gotta use violence if he needs to maintain the value of omortè in their turf. his nickname "lucky dog" really suits him, plus their jailbreak attempt is so hilarious. luchino and bernardo, i don't trust them completely especially guilio. man that guy's creepy. i loved gian with ivan, their interactions are very cute. i really like ivan in general, he's even though he's the "stray dog" of CR:5, he isn't a pet or a toy. he really is a smart aleck with his principles, trying to create a non-racist standard. (honestly gian's polyamorous relationship with the captains is literally selling on me, keep it up ) bernardo and gian's friendship (their bromance is so onpoint, calling sweet nothings and caressing jaws and ears and whispering) and i see luchino having a thing with our mc too (being obsessed with his blonde hair, might as well get off with his face too. honestly i think it's very possible though i'm kinda sad with his deceased wife, all of them he's the competent one, isn't easily swayed with the sorroundings, and charming) the plot is slow to uptake, i don't see GD as a threat honestly. they're more like stupid pawns i also have a hunch that their boss plotted his missing attempt until gian came to his resolve, or maybe the boss is really the villain and wanted gian to be ready before he took him on (like a rite of passage in some fraternities and such) i look forward to gian's growth as a mafioso! i'm excited. (weak to op) i felt like he's so clever, he might've picked things on faster than cavalli and the captains think of, he's the cunning one, i'm sure he can find his own casa nostre. his path to build the organization thru a bond of trust and equity. (somehow this gave me katekyo hitman reborn vibes)
