storyline: a guy is hopelessly in love with his straight (?) friend so he just tries to fuck other straight dudes to get over him. however, he is constantly getting “dumped” because the straight guys end up not being able to get it up for him, so when he’s horny and lonely he ends up fuck buddying his supposedly straight friend. turns out his friend was actually in love with him all along, and just pretended to be straight because he thought it was the only way for our main guy to fall for him. crazy, i know. reaction: i deadass have a crush on ryujiro. also the amount of miscommunication... the whole “i loved you first” trope... the ANGST... amen to this.

storyline: a guy who used to be chubby as a kid reappears in his crush’s life all hunked up and confesses his love. it takes some getting used to but eventually his crush develops feelings for him as well, all while an old stalker from high school threatens his safety. reaction: a rollercoaster. i had a weird feeling about junghyuk from the start but it turns out the story itself was just eerily written and he wasn’t that bad after all?? threw me off for a while but i’m glad it worked out. also i liked the progress of their relationship, it took a while for taesu to warm up to junghyuk and i think that was pretty realistic and made their inevitable relationship that much more satisfying to see. bonus points for taesu’s friend gido, i love him to bits and he deserves everything.

storyline: two high school boys bond over their love for movies, until the popular one confesses his love. turns out they’d already met when they were kids but only one of them remembered. reaction: this was so cute omg such a wholesome friends to lovers story
