Would have been good if it wasn't obvious that this was written by a man and all the female characters are either poorly developed or just exist to support or interact with the male characters as a trophy or sexual object. Seriously, the white knighting of the ml is so fucking stupid. If the author actually held those views he wouldn't throw in such weird and sexist commentary and he wouldn't build the female characters like that. Would have been a 4 or 5 if not for the weird integration of misogyny.
