So that was the inspiration for the anime?? I'd never guess, the manga seems terrible in comparison, bland and childish. The art is terrible too

Eh another raise-yourself-a-guy plot. Despite manageable-ish age gap of 6 years instead of idk 10+ why is he drawn like a baby? Do these authors have a kink wtf is this. Anyway, there is already a mercenary (?) dude who could be an ML, it might have been actially be interesting with them getting together and raising an adopted son. The actual story is fine-ish but kinda bland, dropped.
