His Accidental Heir
And THAT’S how you do a good book. This is significantly better than the 2nd book (dumb fl *rolls eyes dramatically*) Still looking for the first book and hopefully it’s just as good as this one!
What The Prince Wants
This was adorable. No douchebag ML, no stupid FL, cute babies, communication. This was very good!
The Nanny and the Boss's Twins
… I’m sorry, I can’t get over the fact that they’ve only known each other for 3 weeks… like what the hell??? (Damn I wish we could use emojis *overly Exaggerated eye roll*) Other than THAT IMPORTANT ASPECT… it was pretty cute and simple. No overly dramatic bs and both leads were pretty reasonable. Bonus points because the twins were cute <3
Bachelor Mom
Wait wait… 2 AMAZING HARLEQUIN MANGAS IN A ROW?!!! If I didn’t already believe in God, this would have been my indicator to believe now because this is shocking. I absolutely LOVED this manga. Loved the characters! (apart from the useless piece of crap douchebag ex trash. He can go suck on an open wire) Anyways, other than that perfect tens across the board! XD
Wed For The Spaniard's Redemption
Let me just say, Juliet is my GIRL!!! I love her! She is so badass in the sense that she takes no crap from nobody and would easily call you out on your bs. I love the energy! Rafael was good too. Wanted to smack him towards the end but thank God for such an awesome woman otherwise bruh would be sitting there like the mumu he was. Babies were cute, the family that were nice were cool too! Overall, a great story! (P.S this got 5 stars because of Juliet. Loved her) Edit: Just re-read it and my goodness. The water works won’t stop. It is so beautifully paced and written. There’s not a character that didn’t have a redeeming arc (apart from her useless ex). I think I’m definitely more empathetic (sympathetic as well) towards Rafael the second time reading it. Yes he was annoying with the way that he went about things at the end but I kind of get where he was coming from but I’m glad that Juliet had the and the right people in her ear. I also love that he was sweet throughout the manga, and he was never disrespectful. He treated both Juliet and Poppy so well, and that’s touched my heart especially given the track record of his counterparts! Yes I’m still not a fan of his mum (and I doubt I ever will), I still appreciate the fact that she was remorseful, took accountability and apologized. What I can’t get over however, is how she abandoned her children with such an abusive piece of utter rubbish. She was definitely a scumbag for that but allow the good things over shadow the horrid acts she participated in. I also love grandpa so freaking much!! I don’t know how I completely forgot to write about him in the first part, but to be fair, Juliet was killing it, so I could not not rave about her. I’m so happy that he found them and decided to take them in. Yes, he was a bit of a hardhead in the beginning and he wasn’t the nicest but I do appreciate the character development and I think him and Juliet have such a sweet relationship. I’m also glad to see that he became such a doting great grandpa! Although shown very briefly, I also love that his uncle treated him well and they had a great relationship! Their stories are so sad, but so beautifully woven together that it just makes the perfect manga; which is actually hard to do given the fact that it’s a set amount of pages and you do have to pick the best parts of the novel to add but I think they did a fantastic job! I don’t know why initially give it four stars when I said it was 5 stars, but I definitely just changed it back to 5 stars cuz that’s what it deserves.
Boss's Favorite / Rosa
Ok who gave them the audacity to put tears in my eyes?! Because these were absolutely touching. Like when Eric broke down because of his infertility, mehnnn!!! I had to fight tears and don’t even get me started on Godfrey! This was just perfect and touching. 5 stars!
For the sake of the Secret Child Mills & Boon Comics
This was pretty good. Need to do a better review. Edit: Just re-read it and I had to take off a star for the particular reason that their romance was hella fast. Ok I get that they kinda had a little fling a couple of years ago but I don’t think that it’s enough for love. But hey, typical harlequin nonsense
A Bride Worth Waiting For
Wow! This almost made me shed a tear. It was so beautiful. 2 adults who both suffered awful circumstances finally finding love and peace with each other. A tragic yet beautiful love story. I commend the characters for being so strong. How they could deal with everything and still keep moving on is truly astounding and awe-inspiring to me. Beautiful! 10 stars!
Stepping Out Of The Shadows
No one acted stupid. It was cute and enjoyable Edit: Just re-read it and I still have the same feelings. But something I didn’t mention was the plot twist. I actually didn’t expect it but it was a nice twist to add to the story. Plus Keir was adorable! I wish they whooped David’s behind into February 31st. Stupid man.
