Uke is an exorcist who specializes in barriers. He takes on a long job repairing the barrier of demon brothel and meets a beautiful demon whose history is tied to the uke's ancestors. They wind up making a pact and of course falling in love. Wont lie, that ending was very unsatisfying. Bittersweet and unsatisfying for me. Also... This needs like... Three more volumes to unpack everything they hinted at. I want to see more of Kon in the human world and the struggles he faces there. I wanna see more of him interacting with other demons, not just Shiki. I wanna see the exorcist side and how the dad handles having an outcast son. I wanna see more details about Shiki's past and literally anything more about Shuten Douji. I was hoping there would be way more of a mystery to unravel. There was so much potential. I kinda would've liked this more if there hadn't been so many hints to something more. 7/10? 6/10?

Seme makes side dishes at a supermarket and notices the uke exclusively picks options he made. They happen to meet outside the super market and the seme starts making the uke food everyday. The ending is was very sweet The seme, whose life has always been a bit aimless, finally gets the courage to start his own bento food truck so he can follow the uke wherever the uke's work puts him. I love food based stories man there's something so homey and soft about them 8/10

Story 1: Average guy's old classmate-- who's had a major glow up from chubby kid to prince--is now his new, more popular coworker. Average guy days he was only nice to the seme because it made him feel superior, but tbh for a kid in elementary school that's genuine kindness. Kids are pretty self centered at that stage so it's good that helping someone else makes him feel good about himself. Average guy has been kind all along Story 2: uhhh I gotta come back cuz I've already forgotten but i remember it was good! 6 or 7/10

Guy comes home to his fiance aboutta sleep with the seme, leaves, seme chases after him. He moves in with seme because sure, and then BL happens. Seme seemed sus at first but so far it's looking like it was just a classic BL plot ass-pull so we good. Also there is a minor stabbing, because of course. Pretty cliche plot. Just kinda whatever for me. 4/10

Ch 1-2: high schooler x his not blood related uncle have had the hots for each other since they were actual children. Wasn't a fan. Ch 3-5: Seme confessed 5 years ago but chickened out and said it was a joke. They live together and the uke is annoyed the seme hasnt completed his confession yet. Overall, 5/10

Very fluffy, wholesome story with lots of food and a liiiiiiitle bit of angst. I'm really happy Ishida gets to explore his own interests and discovers the right path for himself. That age gap was kinda hanging over my head the whole time. They're both adults and aren't so different in terms of where they are in life, so it wasn't wildly uncomfortable. That said, I'm just not into massive age gaps. 7/10

Cheerful outgoing seme publically confesses to the much quieter, more stoic uke. They slowly ish build a relationship, theres some mild drama, and then they, confess, kiss, and fuck. The end 6/10, overall solid

Sex friends to lovers story with a little bit of angst and an exploration of the relationship after they get together. They talk through their insecurities like the adults they are. Uke and seme are sex friends who met through an app and fuck at the uke's house after getting ice cream at this gelato place. I like their dynamic and I'm happy we got to see them post confession! The drama is pretty standard. Seme briefly questions the uke's love for him on account of the uke being inexperienced but they figure it out and is mostly fluff. Honestly just a meal well made with background characters that feel like real people 7/10

Last read ch 5. Young yankee father x same age college grad both grappling with their sexuality (a lil bit anyway) and falling in love. Again, wish the kid got more focus in these Update... it says vol 4 ch 1 but..... anyway Lisa sucks Update ch 5. Cute! Very sweet ending (?), just kinda sad Kouki only got 2 visitations A MONTH despite raising Lilia when the wife ran out. Wish there was more about this 13 years that went by, but I like how it ended anyway. Solid 6/10

Ch 1-4: Two guys go on a study abroad in America and have to share a room cuz they got double booked. One is bad at socializing and the other keeps getting drawn in with questionable crowds but they become friends and then wind up sleeping together. Ch 5-6: Guy with unrequited love on his friend considers moving away cuz angst but it turns out the love is mutual. I kept getting lost where they were in time... Overall, hmm... 6/10?
