For some reason no one gives attention to the creep's beauty, they just say he looks sus

The brunette guy has his hair as a erogenous zone(?), he can't cut his hair alone but it's troublesome to get excited in the hair salon. So he meets the blond guy (hairstylist) who looks like a rich guy with no passion for anything, that started a business just for the fun of it.

Its the bloond doggy type vs the dark hair cat type, but make it childhood friends separated and remeeting in the present.
