The seme is possessive bc he lost both parents and almost lost Uke who protected him from monsters at a opening gate. Because of the media the Seme was given some power to decide/wish for something bc he was 9 and being exploited as a S-guide, so he asked for the Uke to be never fully healed so he couldn't go to another gate/mission, and stuck him into guide training.
