250625 (31.5) i might CRY OF JOY THIS MANHWA IS SO FUCKING GOOd i've been so depressed these days and yet this manhwa somehow managed to have me CACKLING like brought me so much genuine joy and laughter. i am so thankful to the author helppp, what an amazingly written and drawn webtoon. this is exactly what i needed right now oml. and i almost forgot but omg so thankful to the translator too of course!! the memes and comments at the end were so funny to read, and literally every time i was like "holy shit i was thinking the EXACT same thing!!" LMAO.
both the characters are written so mf well and the plot is just LOVELY. i love their personalities and dynamics immensely, and i love the setting of 1995 korea. i honestly just love everything about this i cannot. so cute, so funny, so beautiful, so interesting. GOD i'm so happy that there's gonna be a season 2 for a second i thought that was it and was gonna cry HAHAH i'm so excited to read more of them! also praying for spin off of seunghoon x yeonseo pls and thank u. i'm gonna save the side story (au) for a little later, i cannot wait to read. the comments say it's sad or smth tho praying for myself LMAO
honestly the only thing i'm kinda "eh" abt is the whole crossdressing childhood. it's SUCH an overused trope so i was lwk disappointed and seeing it i'm just like "wow here we go again for the billionth time." but i'll see how it goes in s2 bc that's when the full childhood will be revealed. then i shall cast my final judgement lmaoo.
