@ch 2 Uke is in an abusive relationship, works at seme's restaurant, accidently cuts himself one day while at work. Seme is a vampire who can only drink vampire blood and doesn't like the taste of human blood, but for some reason can't get over the smell of uke's blood.

Uke is in debt and has to take care of little brother too, works non-stop. Runs into seme killing someone one day and seme looks for him to get rid of since he was a witness, except he suddenly feels alive again after seeing uke and decides to let uke come live and work for him and owe him debt instead.
