Seme is an S ranked guide who find him and wants to guide him, he owes uke from the past and promised his parents that he will protect uke when they die. Seme knows uke from the past but uke doesn't remember. Uke has mind controlling powers. Uke has also never been guided before and is becoming corrupt, making him accept seme's guiding for now. Turns out his parents were researchers and experimented on children but the association wanted to use the kids for military operations. Uke helped out seme and other guide who likes him. Both see him as the one who saved them and are obsessed with him, helped them escape and also kept them sane in the facility when he visited them. Other guide wants to take revenge on association.
