Uhh no I can't handle a dumb FL...at least be a bit feisty and funny if you lack intelligence. She is so boring and ignorant. Couldn't she have timed her escape better? I get that she wants to run away before the Emperor arrives but she's a reader, she should already know that she would be the dead mother of the FL and is just attempting to run away now. And stealing a horse after seeing nobles and people right there in the stable? What's wrong with you woman? I also wish she was a bit witty, the Emperor surprisingly has a sharp tongue and likes to tease her so a little bit of tikki takka would be fun. Also his relationship with his mother is very complex....I like that element. I wish she had a more intimate moment with her instead of being nervous and fumbling over her words when it's clear as day the Empress Dowager felt a kinship with her because of their situation. Like gurl you were given so much opportunities? Also about the birth control pills, you asked only once! One time! And just gave up? You know you will die yet that certainly doesn't seem to be the case with how easygoing she's acting. Another thing the way she met the Empress made me want to hurl my phone across the room. You speed walked while closing your eyes thinking that the air between the mother and son pair was so intense. Like gurl you have been in more tense situations supposedly. Where is the continuity? Also her sighing in front of her, I would slap her as well ngl. Ch5.

I actually really like the MC. He stands on business. People get what's coming from them if they mess with him. The exorcist society or whatever is pissing me the fuck off...The way they tried to cut off the ginseng child's ankles?! I want their heads! The audacity of that man salivating at the thought of studying a child? I want to fucking kill him. It's pretty obvious that the Master is the ML from his past life or something...I wonder what was his intention? There must be something...did he anticipate what would happen in the future so he did that? I like his warnings about the exorcists and them as well as him proving his point. The blood oath is brutal...making sure they won't disobey them. The ML is very typical ML but he's not as bad as people make him out to be. He just met the guy like you can't expect too much from him my guy.

This wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be. Maybe once Jujube translates it, it will improve. The plot is something but like one of the comments said everything feels like a speed run of all the tropes in this genre. The supposed back and forth between the leads, her maternal grandfather, the merchant thing, her ice block father. It seems he doesn't care for Lant so there's that. I disagree with her on how her father acts, like him remaining silent and people misinterpreting his silence however they want. He ought to know how society works, he was just neutral all the way. The connection with her and her mother was so flimsy as well. The ice block didn't even care so what was with that last bit of redemption of 'maybe he didn't hate her as much as I thought?'...Now about the crown prince, he doesn't show up often and he certainly doesn't steal the scene with the little screen time he has as well. Him calling her a prey was so cringe...also the FL retort of even a prey can bite a hunter...like girl ewww why would you encourage that behaviour and you're participating as well? The nanny was also out of nowhere, all the affection she's had earlier for her went up in flames or what? Also the nanny last words to her? Like what??

I know this is supposed to be comedy but it's not the kind of absurdity I can get behind. The FL having something to do with healing and her half sister blaming her along with the red haired scheming something. Like everything is so predictable it's tiresome. I do think the maid and the knight romance is cute but there's not much substance, same with the main couple. The thing with the Maon being slaughtered and them just leaving the heir behind with no worries was so stupid. Everything is so meh here. Ch15.

I like the premise. I like the execution. I like the artstyle. I like the characters. I don't want to make this too long so I'll try to keep it short. I like how quickly the FL moves on when she decides her long term bf is a pussy and lets her frenemy just do whatever. He enables her. Also the way he cried and said he loved her all along when she died. Like cry me a river you fucking wussy. Maybe the FL and him never truly loved eachother...I like how he just disappears after that. Now the muse thing...I can't believe it was the ML's brother all along...wait that isn't a surprise, what am I talking about? I actually thought the FL was only a muse to him, nothing more but the way he dressed his wife like her and called her pretty and both of them as worms(insects) like WOW! That gurl is still creepy for the way she acted around the ML though...like the age difference and he was probably a minor as well...why implicate an innocent? Like sleeping in the same bed and all like EWW...About the ML hmm the fact that he will soon leave the FL and the FL has to mourn for him is an impending doom and I'm not looking forward to that at all. About the actor and the idol...I don't find it sweet. I don't like them both...also what she feels for him feels like puppy love..she is still so young as well and getting married? Golly! The actor is a douchebag sorry...The way he fell for her was so fucking cliche..

Oh yeah I read this on Webtoon...wasn't a standout. She's a genius whose works are stolen by her brother and sung by her sister. The ML is a rival and now she makes a deal with him yada yada. The ML seems to know her but she doesn't remember him. Her fiance cheated on her with her sister as well. So three for three. Yeah.

Didn't really stand out but the artstyle is unique. I like the friendship to lovers descent in this case. The colors and sketching in this manhwa is so aesthetic. I love that they're so soft. The story isn't something to write home about but it's nice I guess. This is a josei as well so it doesn't fall victim to that high school teen drama which is so tired so that's a plus.

Everything is moving at lightning speed. The ML is a gangsta but kind hearted...I think. His secretary seems to be a double agent. There's Yuri apparently as well. Um the way everything happens feels like I missed chapters in between....also the scene cuts off and we're in a new setting all of a sudden. I don't get it. The writing is so ass.

Everything was going fine until you raped him. Goddamn mophead why'd you do that? I like their dynamic, even though there's a huge age gap, their relationship feels very equal. He even dropped formalities around him and does whatever. Mophead just bears it. I like the smut scenes here. A 10/10 if I'm being honest. Now about the Deok guy, he has a school girl crush on our MC...it's so funny seeing him looking out for him while bullying (I use this lightly) at the same time. He's the only one who knows about his condition so far. Can't believe the ML caused that, he's gonna feel extra shitty once he finds out. Another thing I like is his grandma...she's so cute and caring, I love how when he found out that she's his real grandma his attitude towards her changed. Also I wonder if his mom's spirit hanging around him is a major plotpoint or just done as a gag. Also the MC has a fat ass. Ch33.

This is decent. I read from Ch1 to Ch5 with some chapters here and there. The ML has a split personality of some kind, the night personality imo seems to be his real self. Now there is shamanism involved here so his wound or tattoo or some sort sets off the ML in a way. In Ch32 the flowers in his back has sprouted and the ML can't breathe or something and is in a critical condition because of that so. I wish the MC was a bit more smart, I understand why he's so naive but I still wish he would be honest and not hold things back, that only makes him all the more suspicious.
