My first thought was the white haired but then I changed it to the esper and then coz of what that idiot guide who threw a granade and shot at the para (a snake with many heads) said...me thinks the esper is a bottom. He feels a special connection to the gate? It's calling to him he says....i wonder why. Also his previous guide died when they did the last stage of guiding...deep pivot (title drop). This is amazing. Honestly I hoped the MC would be less of a loser but it's not too bad. His eyes are very near to eachother tho. His glasses have to go...they're not doing him any good. The ML is so domineering....it's honestly crazy. Did he truly love his previous esper? I mean he's very affected by him sureee....that long haired guide is very close to him as well. One thing that's different from other manhwas with espers and guides is that guides are actually on top of the foodchain here. The espers are out of control and guides can use their esper's power using blood pact, which depends on their compatibility. Ch30.

So I read three chapters so far. And my hunch told me we were dealing with a slimy snake for a top. And I was right! He purposefully prevented the uke's leg to be unhealed leaving been limping for 11 years thereby putting a stop to his esper life. And that gets swept under the rug? I heard he didn't even apologize to him. See this is the detriment of a younger seme tsk tsk.
