My rating: 8/10 It was actually quite interesting as the story had traits of a whodunit. The FL is strong and the ML is a bit difficult due to his trauma from the war but still a good man. I enjoyed it. HISTORICAL, STATUS GAP, CRIME After the war between England and France, a french seamstress goes to London in order to search for her brother. One night, she saves a lawyer from assassins. But when they come to get her later on, she returns to him and they both temporarily move into his friend's house for safety.

My rating: 7,2/10 The idea was interesting, spending a night together after a plane crash, an abusive ex and a child. But it went downhill later on. The FL acted dumb and seemed oblivious. What bothered me the most is that they used her child to lure out her ex. Like, do you wanna traumatise him?! REUNION, ABUSIVE EX, CHILD Six years ago, the ML and the FL survived a plane crash together and spent the time until their rescue in a passionate embrace. Now, they meet again, but the ML forgot what exactly happened and doesn't recognise her. Meanwhile, she is afraid to fall for a controlling man again.

My rating: 8,3/10 He's a jerk, but not intentionally, he just can't understand other people's feelings and is an arrogant workoholic. But he has a kind side. I loved the FL, she's funny and strong, she puts him in his place from the start. I loved seeing him regret his actions. CHILD, NANNY, PREGNANCY Bc his daughter rejected all the nannies he hired since he took her in after her mother's death, a company president hires the sister of one of his employees who's staying in America for the summer. But he didn't expect to fall for the bright girl who easily manages to bond with his daughter.

My rating: 8,2/10 This was quite good. There actually was some development as the story was a two-shot and I liked the main couple. They felt drawn to each other right away but didn't confess until the end was near. I hate her brother tho, he's scum. DEATH ROW, DEBT, HISTORICAL Bc of the huge debt her brother made under her name, a young noble lady decides to marry a convict who's on death row as her debt would disappear the moment her husband died. But when she meets him, the man turns out to be gentle and sophisticated and on top of that wrongfully accused. To save him, she decides to search for the real culprit.

My rating: 7,4/10 It was an interesting idea. You get the ML's pov and I liked watching him struggle to resist her. The grandpa is just cute. FAKE MISTRESS, TERMINAL DISEASE In order to distract his family from his worsening disease, an old billionaire brings a young woman he befriended when he went to London to get treatment back to Greece and they pretent that she's his mistress. But then his son falls for her.

My rating; 6,3/10 I didn't really like this one. It was all about cheating, miscommunication and jealousy. Not my cup of tea. The main couple wasn't very likable either, they were both weak and annoying in their own way. DIVORCE, CHEATING, PREGNANCY, ACTOR After marrying a famous actor and becoming a famous actress herself, the FL spends less and less time with her husband due to their busy schedules. When she finds out that he kissed another woman, she asks for divorce and leaves. But when they meet at a film festival, they make love in a passionate moment leading to her being pregnant.

Nah ... that's really not it. Have they never heard of something like, maybe, COMMUNICATION? He basically just sexually assaults her the entire time without telling her about his feelings and she doesn't ask. Don't read it, it's not worth your time.

My rating: 7,8/10 It was funny. The ML was actually pretty childish and eccentric, I liked how he pretended to be serious in front of her just to panic when she turned her back. But her realising her love was weird, like an enlightenment. And the end felt cut off, there was something missing. ARTIST, AGE GAP (15 years), HUNGARY When a young noble lady comes to Hungary to let him paint her portrait, an eccentric artist decides to hate her in order not to be disappointed like every time before. But he can't help but fall for her and does everything to make her stay, starting with his refusal to paint her.

He's a horny jerk who hates women. What the hell did she fall for?

My rating: 6,5/10 He's a sexist man who makes assumptions without checking if they are true. I don't get how he can be a successful businessman, he's so childish. The romance doesn't feel realistic. MISUNDERSTANDING, FINANCIAL GAP When he hears that his gullible brother is marrying, a rich businessman wants to check out the bride to protect him from gold diggers. The woman he meets is a hostess, but when he sees her without make-up, he falls for her and wants her for himself.
