My rating: 9,5/10 I love this, their relationship takes so many turns and the characters are interesting. He's a player who doesn't trust women (I love him) and she's the refreshingly strong girl who hates his arrogance. It's enemies to lovers, the romance is well-written and the drama is just enough. But beware: the ML is very possessive and cheats on her. SCHOOL LIFE, STEP SIBLINGS The FL always quarrels with her popular classmate (ML) who sleeps around and breaks up couples by seducing the girls. When she hears that his father's gonna marry her mother she's devastating but things change after they get to know each other.

My rating: 8/10 I read this a long time ago but I still remember that really like the whole criminal case. Them investigating it and the extension of it are gripping. The couple is kinda childish, rough and strong. I recommend it anyway, the drama is good. SCHOOL LIFE, AGE GAP, CRIME Before his death her brother gives Teru a number of a person known as DAISY to call so she isn't left all alone. After Teru begins working for the delinquent school janitor, Kurosaki, she learns that he is actually that mysterious friend.

My rating: 9,5/10 This is so beautiful, it's a gem. The angst really gets me, the fear of losing the one u love, realising that u bring them harm ... This truly is worth rereading. The seme seems old and young at the same time bc he only now starts to feel strong emotions. The uke is a kind soul. Reading about them leaves me so satisfied. FANTASY, UNHAPPINESS The uke has always been prone to bad luck and thus isolated himself. One day, he meets a semitransparent man (seme) who tells him that he's a monster surviving by eating someone's negative emotions. The seme asks him to be his host and the uke agrees bc then at least he isn't lonely. SPOILER: The seme becomes weak bc of the uke's love and thinks it's gonna kill him but he doesn't wanna leave the uke so he plans to die. But the uke's love actually works like bitter medicine. It gives him a soul and thus makes him human. They have a happy ending.

My rating: 9,2/10 Again the author managed to captivate me with their story. The characters feel refreshingly real and not like the stereotypical uke and seme. They could very well be seke. The romance is fluffy, this warms my heart. FARM, FLUFF, FOREIGNER A naive half-Italian, Kokoro (uke), arrives at Haiji’s (seme) village and soon breaks the ice with the villagers due to his friendly personality. Haiji looks out for the touchy-feely Kokoro who lacks life-skills and can’t help but fall for him.

My rating: 8/10 This is a cute historical romance with a sweet and frank seme and a mature uke. U really notice that it's bara, it has a totally different charm. I like how the life during that time is described, the only thing missing is the uke's confession. This love is a bit one-sided that way. HISTORICAL, DRIVER The master of the Inamiya apothecary (uke) employs a new driver (seme) and is really taken with his blunt and honest side. But one day he finds the driver's journal full of texts about him and realises that the main loves him. Since then, he is concious of him.

My rating: 10/10 This beautiful slow burn manages to tell a pure and emotional story in spite of the topics it addresses. The seme discovers the meaning of love and the uke meets someone who loves him back. Both of them are well-written characters with their own individual personality. The art is gorgeous and the characters are hot. PROSTITUTION, EX YAKUZA, AGE GAP After his boss dies for love the seme leaves the yakuza seeking to live a normal live. One day, he meets a beautiful boy (uke) in a bus who pays for his ride. He can't forget the way the uke looked at his lover. But later he finds out that the uke is a prostitute and decides to buy him every day and study with him to make him stop selling his body.

My rating: 7,5/10 It's pretty cute, a happy space. The uke falls first and he falls for the character, I love how he describes the seme. He's also the "dominant" one (in a healthy way). It's refreshing. But I like the spinn-off even better, it's hilarious. CALL OUT HOST, FLUFF After his girlfriend four-times him the seme calls a call out host service in a drunken haze. Soon a young man arrives (uke). After clearing up the misunderstanding they start to talk but then the uke initiates sex and asks to become friends the next morning. Ch 4-5: The bar owner picks up a spoiled rich brat (seme) who got kicked out by his parents. But then the guy wants to fuck.

My rating: 4/10 It's just like the old yaois with an emotional and passionate seme and a beautiful but kinda cold and obsessive uke. Idk, I don't really care about the characters somehow. And this rapey start throws me off. EX HOST, STEPBROTHERS After having a huge debt pushed on him the seme returns to his family's house he ran away from 7 years ago. He encounters his stepbrother (uke) who surveyed him all this time and asks him for money. But the uke wants for him to live with him again in return.

My rating: 8/10 The art is top-notch and the romance starts with a (careful) seduction. It's a younger puppy seme x older mature uke pairing and I love it. Loving the uke helps the seme turn his life around. SPOILER: But the uke is traumatised so at first the seme has to tiptoe around him. I don't like how the murder case didn't get solved. THIEF, EX COP, YOUNGER SEME A thief (seme) gets caught stealing a wallet by another man who forces him to return it and to apologise. On top of that, he forces the seme to work at a book shop for 1 day in exchange for not handing him over to the police. Out of anger, the seme breaks into his house the next day but realises that he's an ex cop. He tries to distance himself but then he hears something about the uke's past that he can't get out of his head. SPOILER: The uke's former partner (at work) got murdered by criminals who waited in his home and wanted revenge. The uke was the one to find his corpse and quit working as a coup after that thinking that he was unfit for the job bc he couldn't protect his partner. He's traumatised and at first couldn't even go into his apartment. That's why, when he finds out that the seme is the one who broke in, he gets really angry. But he forgives him after seeing his sincere regret.
