Complete Volume 2 Ch 7 + Extra Oh Miki baby... (Ch 3) I had zero recollection of this. Around the end of chapter 3, I made a statement to myself that, I didn’t care is Takagi Kazuya was an absolute bastard and predator as long as he loved Miki. I stuck by that statement through all of his fucking bullshit. It took him 15 fucking chapters to do something right but he loved Miki so I overlooked his actions. This story was more about them getting to the starting point of a healthy relationship than a romance. They couldn’t get together until they both were better mentally, especially Miki. That’s where this gets points from me. Love didn’t solve shit, everyone had to work to better themselves and communicate to move forward. Even if Itsuki abusing Miki since they were children was never addressed and Kazuya being a literal predator never seemed to be an actual issue, they earned their happiness. (Vol 2 Extra)

Last ch 43 Ryuu Ryuu is fucking iconic. Kyuros is head over heels in love with Marie. Marie really is making steps forward, becoming her own person who isn’t defined by abuse and trauma. The sister’s body was never found and there was that scene where the sister brought out clothes that were a secret and talked about her dream. Until something comes along to convince me otherwise, that girl is alive. (Ch 26)
