Last ch 60 Fuck. I binged all of this. I seriously couldn’t stop. I love them dearly. Dahn is so sweet on her. Bayan is so fucking cute. She’s not meant to be smart, she’s meant to have been through a lot of shit and learned from her mistakes. Dahn is meant to be smart and boy is he smart. He has the knowledge and the experience to get shit done. What I think people don’t understand about these kinds of concepts where one of them is needed for the other to function in some critical way, is that when the characters and stories are written well, they don’t fall in love because they are the answer to their problems. The healing, care, etc, is an opportunity for them to get close enough to fall in love. You don’t fall in love with your doctor just because they heal you, that’s not how that works. Dahn loves his wife and that’s all that matters. (Ch 60)

Last ch 9 I’m with Ethan. She made the right choice and no one can judge her for that. Palace life might as well be a war zone, especially when there is a fight for succession. (Ch 7)

Complete ch 71 Some parts were better than others. I felt like I was missing something at times. Everything turned out okay but, not the most well written story I’ve read. (Ch 71)
