Last ch 111 Delicious and twisted. I like the abuser gaining a protective nature of their property. Sora is getting that and I wish he would showcase it more. (Ch 4) Ch 1-4 is the same content as 5-13, new stuff doesn’t start until after that because of format changes. Is this everything I wanted it to be? No. I enjoy these concepts because sometimes the psychology is pretty well done. The execution of the concept isn’t great here. Sora isn’t as stable of a character that I would like him to be but Taiyo’s developing stockholm to the whole situation is progressing nicely. Maybe I just had my expectations set too high. (Ch 20) Yes, yes he does. It’s very warped because of Sora’s past experiences but he does like Taiyo. The instability is explained and Taiyo balances himself well. He’s used to the situation he’s in, he doesn’t understand it fully or like it. When Taiyo was talking about his parents I got hit real hard. Too close to home. Hopefully Sora will admit to himself and everyone that he likes Taiyo under his unhealthy obsession. Everyone but Kakeru has done wrong. (Ch 57) Both of them are so fucked. (Ch 70) They’ve both inflicted unforgettable trauma upon each other. Fuck! The two of them are major dumbasses. Dumbasses that got caught fucking real hard in a hospital by the brother. Wow guys. They aren’t slick! (Ch 82) The chances of them getting into their own separate healthy relationships is very slim. Sticking together doesn’t lead to anything healthy but they do also need each other right now. I don’t doubt Sora’s feelings, I do doubt their mental states. Both of them are pretty fucked up. Complete ch 2 Me reading waaaay tooooo into things, His father, the one that trained him and warned him to stay away from everyone else, is gonna fucking hurt Jack so badly when he goes back home. His father isn’t just gonna give up, this is his boy that he trained and conditioned sexually to be just to his likings. Everything that happens during Jack’s military service is abuse of power, rape, blackmail, not fucking cool. At least with the father it’s dubious at worst in terms to actually doing it. Maybe a little Stockholm and of course the incest part of it, but personally I find it less not cool.

All in one 3.5 rounded up I don’t know if this even counts as Stockholm, because he was still pissed and rebelled against Ryu. Not having anywhere else Hayato turns to Ryu (albeit indirectly) when his piss fucker of a father tried to pull one over on him. Ryu also gets the urge to protect Hayato based on knowing that the father was sexually abusing his son. Hayato wasn’t ever really, stuck with Ryu. There were no threats made and he was released. Stockholm comes from the need to survive by playing nice with your captors. It’s a whatever at the end. I’m only responding to the tag.

Complete ch 38 Kang Seojin is so dumb, he’s actually an idiot. I love him. (Ch 22) Shin Jaehyun has suffered so greatly by the hands of Kang Minwoo. We all knew their relationship was toxic and psychologically abusive, but the fact that the injury that puts Shin Jaehyun at a disadvantage and further takes away his confidence as an artist was caused by Minwoo, probably not totally on accident either, to fuel his sick perversions leaves me disgusted. Kang Minwoo has no right to ever go anywhere near Shin Jaehyun. Someone better keep that bastard out of Jaehyun’s hospital room or we gonna have to throw hands. (Ch 34) Seojin looking like a mess was great. He would do anything for Jaehyun. (Ch 38)
