The one toxic yet equally good for each other. Both Mc and ml deserve a reward for being the most toxic couple. This story was a headache, I was going crazy reading this, they both were such interesting characters and equally frustrating. Idk if the theory of mc faking his "illness" is true or not cuz I feel like it was def true for a while, before he planned this shit. And am I deranged for thinking that ml was hot when he surveillanced him all the time? Like it felt kinda like he cared for him... No? ... Although he was OBSESSED with him he refused to admit it.
