Cesar didn't changed much, his personality didn't had much of a change from since he first met lee won. But I think it's the little changes that matters, how he went from hurting leewon to caring for him instead, how he don't randomly attack anyone over a random reason. Although I hated him when he just shot him outright, but I think he grew up that way, his character is so complicated and complex that I hate him and pity him at the same time. Last read: 89
