Kouta is an alpha who doesn't seem to be able to sense pheromones, unlike his scary looking neighbor, Miyanaga, who he's sure must be a dominant alpha. But one day when the pheromones seeping in from Miyanaga's room get to be too much, Kouta goes to tell him off for bringing home an omega in heat, only to find that Miyanaga is the one in heat. Although Kouta tries to get him medicine, Miyanaga pulls Kouta into bed, and after that they begin a physical relationship that leaves Kouta unsure what Miyanaga wants from him and what he can provide when he seems to lose control in the face of Miyanaga's, and only Miyanaga's, pheromones. Ichika is a romance writer who's editor suggest she goes to a host club to get more experience for her writing, and she's almost date-raped until the police bust in and police officer Jin ends up taking care of her heat, instead. Turns out, they're a fated pair. Not particularly interesting straight omegaverse smut. Trigger warnings: drug(aphrodisiac), dubcon.

Shishikura Yu(omega) is depressed that everyone around him is getting married, so he signs up for a pheromone matching service, and to his horror he's matched with Kotani Haruto(alpha), his new coworker and nemesis from middle school. When Shishikura goes into heat with no one else around, he can only ask Kotani for help, and the two sleep together, starting a physical relationship, but both insist that they still despise the other. But when Shishikura's family pushes him to meet with another alpha for an arranged marriage, he starts to realize his feelings for Kotani, all while thinking it's impossible for them to actually be together. The second volume deals mostly with Kotani's issues with his family. I like this couple a lot because they're both well-developed, they have realistic and interesting interactions, and they're just fun together, so it's a good read. Trigger warnings: dubcon(heat), discrimination, noncon.

Ao is an omega who's body type practically makes him a beta, until one night he's coerced by the alpha Reiji into letting him stay the night, and Reiji rapes him. After that, Ao's previously controlled heats go crazy, and his life spirals out of control, while Reiji stays with him and helps him deal with all this. But Ao is caught between wanting his old life back and wanting to accept Reiji and this change into a full omega, a feeling that is made worse when he learns Reiji planned this from the start. The moral of this story seems a little wack, and Reiji is a terrible person, but I like Ao. Trigger warning: rape, discrimination.

Sena Yuujin has always payed special attention to his classmat Kamishiro Ren, a childhood friend of his governmentally assigned fated pair who seems to always be the best, but when Kamishiro happens upon Sena having sex, he goes into heat and both realize that he was actually an omega but his family hid it, even from him. Sena forcefully proposes to keep Kamishiro's secret if Kamishiro will sleep with him, which will also help disguise his omega pheromones, after which the two are at it all the time, even as Kamishiro hates himself for submitting to this sex that proves he's no longer an alpha. But when Sena announces he's breaking off his pairing with Kamishiro's childhood friend, Kamishiro reaches his breaking point and he's forced to confront exactly why it matters to him so much that he be an alpha, in the first place. The second volume shows their relationship 7 years later dealing with Sena's evil uncle. I think the subject matter for this one is rough, so don't read it if you're squeamish about sexual assault, but the characters and their inner turmoil are really well done. And while their relationship is dubious in the first half, it's pure gold in the second half, and I highly recommend. Ch.5.5-5.7-This is the side story of Kamishiro Rei's uncle, Kamishiro Sei, who realizes he may be an omega after Rei comes out to him. Meanwhile, he's taken on the case of alpha Takishiro Ruiji who confined and nearly killed his partner and is now living with him. When Sei stops taking the pills from his family doctor and goes into heat, the two sleep together, but Sei is afraid to let the world know he's an omega and to believe in the love of Ruiji. Not my favorite, I usually skip it. Trigger warnings: forced confinement, rape.

Ousei Minami(omega) is a police officer hiding his gender until he stops yakuza member Jin Nagiri (alpha) who recognizes Ousei as his fated pair. Nagiri later breaks into Ousei's apartment and sends Ousei into heat, starting a physical relationship between them that Ousei isn't sure he wants but can't seem to fight. After that, Nagiri practically lives with Ousei and their relationship seems to be developing, until an arranged marriage partner for Nagiri gets her hands on Ousei's secret and decides to use it to threaten Nagiri, leaving Ousei to decide what matters most to him: his job of Nagiri. For whatever reason, this one didn't really stick with me, probably because the relationship felt so forced and rape-y. Trigger warnings: rape, attempted rape, blackmail.

Aoi is just one of many students with a crush on the handsome alpha teacher, Kiryuu, who can only work at a school with omegas due to his unique constitution where pheromones don't affect him. But when Kiryuu helps Aoi during his first heat, Aoi becomes even more attached to him, while Kiryuu begins to act differently, fearing that he may have found the one person with pheromones that can reach him, after all. This one didn't stand out to me, but it was fine as long as you don't mind student/teacher stuff. Trigger warning: age gap/power dynamic.

Akari Kaminagi is seen as a failure of an omega, while his sibling is lauded as the princess of his clan for being an omega and intersex with female characteristics, so when businessman Shinji Daidou comes to get a wife, everyone assumes it will be the princess, but Shinji chooses Akari instead. Turns out, he wants Akari to pretend his heat has come and they're partners so that he can get out of this whole thing, since he doesn't like omegas. But what will happen if Akari's omega side awakens. A weird story that I didn't really like. Stopped reading at ch.10. Trigger warnings: dubcon, sexual harassment.

Keisuke is an omega who is sure he can take care of himself, and Chizuru is his overbearing mate who wants to take care of him, even though they've barely met. But when Chizuru hits his head and regresses to being seven years old, Keisuke gets to be the one in charge, just like he wants. Unfortunately, things quickly get weird and sexual. It's very uncomfortable that Keisuke has sex with someone who is mentally a seven-year-old, and also the last chapter gave me whiplash with how quickly things moved and resolved. Will not be reading again. Trigger warnings: lying/manipulation, feels like statutory rape.
