Waragaki is an exhausted office worker, and Kugii is his subordinate who is always brushing things off his shoulder for some reason. But when Waragaki ends up at Kugii's house to get out of the rain and wakes up snuggled together and half-naked the next morning, he finds out that Kugii comes from a family of exorcists and Waragaki is haunted. The two grow closer together as Kugii tries to help him exorcise the ghost, but when Waragaki drunkenly comes onto Kugii, he fears he's ruined everything between them. This story is really good and I love the characters and art, but I feel like it fumbled at the last second by trying too hard for a happy ending. Still very good. This one is fine, but I felt like the first volume was a good enough self-contained story, so I never finished reading it. Trigger warnings: rape, attempted rape, discrimination.

But just as things start to get good between them, Aitani's office launches a huge tax investigation into Sakimura that shows he has connections with organized crime. Does Aitani really know Sakimura, and how much can he trust him? The reveal about Sakimura was actually done really well, but the bizarre thing is that it felt like they were ramping up to a big climax involving their jobs and the yakuza, but then once Aitani finds out about Sakimura, instead it just defaults to happy dating time. Fushimi is a teacher and an S-ranked dom who is still frustrated despite his hardcore plays recently. That's when he meets the new school nurse, Hoshina, who suggests he should try taking a sub role instead, infuriating Fushimi. But when he overhears Hoshina give a command to another sub, Fushimi finds his body instantly reacts. It turns out that Hoshina is a SSS-ranked dom whose commands work on anyone, and Fushimi is a rare mix of dom and sub who exhibits both traits. Hoshina finds this fascinating and keeps poking his nose into Fushimi's life, to Fushimi's annoyance, but when Hoshina backs off, Fushimi feels even worse and he doesn't know why. I think these two have interesting interactions, even if the story is a bit forced. A tax inspector with a fetish and a seedy customer who notices it and pushes him into a relationship. ️Trigger warning: noncon, blackmail.

(Ch.1-2) Morishita is an ordinary office worker who admires the handsome Kase from another department from afar until Kase catches him jerking off to gay porn one night and demands Morishita let him watch the rest. After that, they start jerking off together, and Morishita can't help but hope this relationship will go somewhere, but Kase suddenly changes his mind about this relationship, leaving Morishita bewildered and sad. These two are cute. Trigger warning: threat of outing. (Ch.3-5) Momose is a young gay office worker whose fear of being found out as gay led him to have bad communication skills. When he finally works up the courage to go to a gay bar one night in the hopes of losing his virginity, he finds his boss Uchiumi, who offers to be his partner but says they need to get Momose ready first, so they become jerk-off partners in the meantime. But when Momose hears Uchiumi will sleep with anyone, even though he still hasn't slept with him, how will he react? I was less into this couple, but they still work. No trigger warnings.

Kujo is a beta and Yao is his rival in the track club as well as an alpha. Everyone tells him not to bother since alphas are going to win by default, but Kujo is determined to try fifty times as hard. But when Kujo suddenly transitions to an omega, only Yao can save him from being raped by every boy on campus by sleeping with him. Yao continues to help Kujo keep his heats under control after that and eventually confesses, but just when it seems they've found love, it turns out that Kujo has already met his fated pair at their school, and the time of his first heat is fast approaching. This is a bizarre world where not pairing with your fated pair can kill you, and that took me out of it a bit, but other than that it's a solid story. Trigger warning: attempted rape.

Asahi has sworn off alphas after his ex, Masuomi, left him for his fated pair, but when he gets drunk on his birthday, he mistakes a stranger for Masuomi, and they sleep together. The next day he learns the stranger is actually Akiomi, Masuomi's twin brother, who wants Asahi to fake date him to keep the annoying girls from clinging to him. Akiomi helps Asahi overcome his trauma from his breakup with Masuomi, and just when Asahi thinks he can open his heart to Akiomi, the two of them run into Masuomi alongside his fated pair, who it turns out is Akiomi's fated pair, too. The breakup between Asahi and Masuomi is gut-wrenching, and I think they needed to show Masuomi's side more as well as put more blame on him. The rest is cute. ️Trigger warnings: dubcon(heat), cheating.

Hachi is proud of his grandpa who worked at New World Zoo, a zoo for otherworldly creatures, and eager to follow in his footsteps, but when he gets there on his first day, his strict trainer Takuma tells him he's not cut out for it. He gets attacked by a mandrake, a mermaid, adopts an angel, and eventually comes to learn Takuma's background and the surprising connection between them. A lot of smut, some good actual story. I like Takuma as the seme a lot. Feels unfinished with some questions left unanswered, but still a fun read. Trigger warning: rape, noncon, mild incest themes.

Nagi saves a young cat beastman only to get berated by his rude older brother. Turns out, the older brother is in his class and Nagi is pissed. But he can't help but want to help out the cute younger sibling, so he keeps interfering in their lives and grows on Mikejima, until one day Nagi uses some catnip and their relationship changes drastically. Trigger warnings: bullying, noncon.
