But when Minoru finally finds himself a girlfriend, will Mitsu really be okay with it? Minoru is a massive manipulator which is really not my thing, but it's fine if you like that. Office worker Satoru comes home to the worst surprise when he finds his fiance sleeping with another man, so he just leaves. But to his surprise, the other man, Manato, follows him out to apologize, takes him to dinner, and even offers him a place to stay! Then they end up sleeping together. They still somehow decide to live together and keep things fairly amicable, but when Manato starts to fall for Satoru for real, he realizes all his other relationships have been superficial due to past trauma, and he has no idea how to ask someone to stay with him without clinging too much. I liked this couple, they were interesting, not awkward, and had good character growth throughout. Trigger warnings: cheating, violence, parental abuse/neglect.

It has multiple chapters but feels like a oneshot. Itsuki asks Kanzaki to jerk him off and teases him until Kanzaki finally kisses him and accidentally admits he's in love with Itsuki, and it turns out he has been for a long time. Trigger warning: possible grooming(falling in love with a child). Ch.3 - Precaution Against an Unseen Enemy - High schooler Hareno gets Amamiya to do a test of courage where he's attacked by a ghost, turns out it was Hareno the whole time and also Hareno's in love with him. Trigger warnings: rape, blackmail. Ch.4 - We Cannot Go Through Ordinary Methods - Satoru and Yuuki are snowboarding when they black out and wake up tied up. But when things start to get steamy, Yuuki slips out of his bounds easily enough. Turns out Yuuki did it to get closer to Satoru. Trigger warnings: forced confinement, lying/manipulation. Ch.5 - Mediator Counterattack - Tortoise challenges Hare to a race and Hare says Kitsune will be the mediator. So during the race Kitsune attacks Hare and rapes him, causing him to lose, mostly because he was annoyed to lose a day off Trigger warning: rape. Ch.6 - I Became Concerned About That - Kitahara who always messes up at work goes out drinking with his perefct boss Sakurai. But while drinking, Sakurai mentions he got dumped for having too big a dick before passing out, and after taking him somewhere to sleep it off, Kitahara can't help but check it out. Trigger warnings: noncon, lying/manipulation.

Sena Yuujin has always payed special attention to his classmat Kamishiro Ren, a childhood friend of his governmentally assigned fated pair who seems to always be the best, but when Kamishiro happens upon Sena having sex, he goes into heat and both realize that he was actually an omega but his family hid it, even from him. Sena forcefully proposes to keep Kamishiro's secret if Kamishiro will sleep with him, which will also help disguise his omega pheromones, after which the two are at it all the time, even as Kamishiro hates himself for submitting to this sex that proves he's no longer an alpha. But when Sena announces he's breaking off his pairing with Kamishiro's childhood friend, Kamishiro reaches his breaking point and he's forced to confront exactly why it matters to him so much that he be an alpha, in the first place. The second volume shows their relationship 7 years later dealing with Sena's evil uncle. I think the subject matter for this one is rough, so don't read it if you're squeamish about sexual assault, but the characters and their inner turmoil are really well done. And while their relationship is dubious in the first half, it's pure gold in the second half, and I highly recommend. Trigger warnings: coercion, rape, attempted rape, discrimination, forced confinement. Ch.5.5-5.7-This is the side story of Kamishiro Rei's uncle, Kamishiro Sei, who realizes he may be an omega after Rei comes out to him. Meanwhile, he's taken on the case of alpha Takishiro Ruiji who confined and nearly killed his partner and is now living with him. When Sei stops taking the pills from his family doctor and goes into heat, the two sleep together, but Sei is afraid to let the world know he's an omega and to believe in the love of Ruiji. Not my favorite, I usually skip it. Trigger warnings: forced confinement, rape.

Hiroya and Takuto (who has a severe sun allergy that caused him to be an outcast) were childhood friends on their rural island until an incident with Takuto's father caused Takuto to leave the island. Now, years later Takuto and a few other out gay men have formed a business and Takuto gets a call from Hiroya, asking him their business to promote tourism on the island. In what follows, the two men come to terms with their feelings while also working to bring the village together and help them accept change and perhaps even Takuto, himself. Trigger warnings: parental abuse, dubcon, blackmail, forced outing.

Erotic novelist Iori has ED, so he goes to an inn to relax and sees a traditional female Japanese dancer that rouses something in him. After pestering his male room attendant, Souma, to help him meet the mystery girl for days, he finds out the girl is actually Souma, himself. After that, Iori's constant and mostly unwanted advances serve to drive their relationship along until they fall in love. I didn't like this couple as Iori felt really disrespectful and harrassed Souma a lot and I disliked that Souma put up with it and fell for him. Trigger warnings: noncon, sexual harassment, incest themes (possible sibling attraction).
