Charao-kun to Haraguro-kun no Himitsu
It's nothing too groundbreaking. Typical story, although, it is a brother x brother - it is stated several times that they are stepbrothers and only recently have become stepbrothers. Which, as odd as it is, is a nice thing to see. There is no vagueness or guesswork to be done about whether it's incestuous or not. But that also depends on the person. Myself? I'm an inbetween leaning towards no for this manga.
Principle
It's...cute? Would rather it be fleshed out but for what it is - it was all right!
Tasogare Outfocus
Bruv, the way this manga does me in. The art style is my favourite bit of the whole manga, it feels, modern but so vintage all at once. There's that lingering 90s BL art style that's also mixed in with the more modern 2018s-2019s art. It's so beautiful and captivating. When I first read it, the art was the first thing to get me hooked. And then the story; though, I wish the story was longer. To see Hisashi and Mao in the future, going through the struggles of a same sex couple in Japan, or during the university years, or when they start working. Gosh, I love them.
Urusai Kurai no Kokuhaku Kudasai
Augh!! No way!! It's done QQ That was so cute !!
Fukou-kun wa Kiss Suru Shika Nai!
This was, a lot more interesting of a read than I was expecting. Found this through the live action, and although the love action did do a great job with including some of their own extra bits, the manga continues where the show left off. In a way, I wish they added that to the show as well. The extra things in the manga just added so much more to their relationship. And it's cute to see mangas that don't just have "fwop fwop" scenes but two characters that still want it. There was respect, boundaries being drawn, transparency and honesty. Not often do you find them, so it's always refreshing and nice to read.
Form of Sympathy
Read this about 2-ish years ago and dropped it because it felt like it was starting to become extremely toxic. Although, it wasn't the heavy topics themselves, but Yuri. Glad he manages to become self-aware and control himself later on in the story but there were times where it felt as it problems weren't resolved but rather pushed to the side. Regardless, the story was very cute and I'm glad I finally came to this after its completion. The story was truly riveting, boring at times, and heart pounding. I loved every bit of it, even the boring parts. Not every story needs to be strong from beginning to end, and that's what makes this such a wonderful one. I loved it. Edit: didn't read the fan translations so missed out on, apparently pretty cute stuff during the +19 scenes. Have to come back to it later on! A re-read doesn't sound too bad, anyway.
My Purrfect Boss!
This was very cute but I wouldn't go so far as to say that it's unforgettable or amazing. A cute and fast read.
