+ ongoing (PLS UPDATE) this manga is such a comfort read for me. reread this because i felt so untethered for a good while, like i was floating aimlessly in a void, but reading this made me feel grounded. i think this stems from the fact that the characters feel so incredibly fleshed out and alive. they feel so loveable and relatable, silly and real. they have cashier and sale jobs, jobs in supermarkets, jobs in consulting and stuff like that isnt portrayed in a heavily stigmatised way like it usually is. the mundanity of the story is contrasted rly nicely with lovely characcters who breathe life into the panels.

- ch. 3 this is like if the cast of chainsaw man (although reshaped into different designs) were calvin klein models - its abit incomprehensible at times? it might be the translation or just the way the exposition is told
