Woah. Ok. This plot is super super interesting. I'll try and sum it up, but it won't stand up when compared to the plot itself. So, we start off with out main character, Lady Medeia, the daughter of the duke, who is distraught and plotting revenge against her previous friend and now crown princess, because she originally held the title of fiancee to the crown Prince herself. What actually happened is the current fiancee holds a magical power and was somewhat forced into that engagement in exchange for her freedom from confinement. Lady Medeia finds this out when the 2 switch bodies and switch back. Now the other lady has broken off her engagement to the crown Prince they both know to be a steaming pile of shit, and lady Medeia plans to carry out an Oracle saying the empire will fall by killing the crown Prince. Currently, a cardinal has sought out lady Medeia because he heard a rumor she herself spread that she was going to kill her father the duke. The cardinal doesn't care for the duke, but waants her to postpone her plane because he believes it will lead the public to think it's her who will carry out the Oracle, leading to her premature death by execution. Meanwhile, the crown Prince tries to win back the previous crown princess who had broken off their engagement. It's complicated, but so good.

Truck-kun isekais our girl into an otome villainess, and despite befriending the OG FL, the OG ML - the first prince - annules their engagement. So she ends up with the infamous fourth prince (Len) instead, who turns out to be a very nice guy, contrary to the rumours surrounding him.

Very promising! Quick synopsis: Young girl becomes the step daughter of a discount, but is treated poorly after her mother dies. She overheard her dad telling an attendant that he plans to keep her as a concubine of sorts when she grows up, and runs to find her friend who's visiting the mansion to ask for his assistance.

Girl worked herself to death, transmigrates into wife of king (or crown Prince, idk) who is aware that she has transmigrated. He's kinda shitty. But. Whatever.

This is fantastic. Isekaid villainess breaks off engagement w crown Prince and moves to a cold country she makes a contract w a demon to light some un-combustable wood and she slowly unintentionally fixes her image as villainess

Captain of small army wins a 37 year war for her country, crown Prince gains interest in her. It's alright

Pretty good! A girl goes back in time after betting involved in a carriage accident. She works to become the next family heir

A woman treats her son like shit because she has postnatal depression, and no one helps her while she has fragile mental health. The year her son turns 18, she travels back in time three years and tries to engage more with her son. This manhwa is a lil depressing so approach with caution.

Gay tutor tutors kid, has relations with kids older brother, the duke. It's pretty good, but the second hand embarrassment towards the start was intense

So, a villainess in an otome game is actually just a misunderstood tsundere. A pair of real game commentators decide to commentate this particular otome game, when they discover they can communicate like gods to the crown Prince in the game. They try to guide everyone to a happy ending this way whilst minding their own relationship outside of playing the game, but (although this is just speculation) it seems like the characters in the game are having intrusive thoughts similar to those of their original programmed characters
