This is really sweet. A girl has isekaid (an unnecessary addition) as the daughter of a baron family. She enters a pretend relationship, but she discounts herself as unworthy of it because she's perceived as a bit of a plain-jane. I'm not really fond of this tbh. A girl was abused by her dad and was to be forced into an unwanted marriage, so she falls pregnant with stranger who she marries 2 years later. He's all, "I have to save this traumatised woman" and forces her to do so at his pace? And is ever so slightly manipulative in doing so? Like, "you have to get up now and you have to put on weight before I let your son run up and hug you" and shit like that which rubs me the wrong way. Yeah, I'm not a fan at all.
